Honey Simple Syrup - an easy way to keep honey loose and liquid so it's easy to pour and mix into vinaigrettes, marinades and drinks!

Ingredients

1 cup honey
½- 1 cup warm water

Steps:

Place warm water and honey in a clean squeeze bottle and covering the opening with your finger, give a good shake.
If your honey is very hard and/ or thick, mix with the water, in a small pot on the stove, over low heat, stirring until combined. Cool and pour into a squeeze bottle.

1 cup honey

Steps:

Place honey in a small saucepan along with 1 cup water. Heat over medium heat until water and honey are well combined; do not boil. Let cool completely before using.

1/4 cup lemon juice
2 to 3 Pear Chips

Steps:

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, water, simple syrup, and lemon juice; cover and shake until well combined, about 1 minute. Strain into 2 to 3 chilled martini glasses. Garnish with pear slices and serve.
