BAKED HOT CRAB DIP

Baked Hot Crab Dip image

The quality of the crab meat makes all the difference for the flavor. Some canned crab is really mushy, while others have big chunks of crab. If you're using canned crab that's watery, you should consider adding double the crab for more flavor. Even if you have a good crab meat that isn't watery, but love a prominent crab taste, add as much crab to the recipe as you'd like.

BAKED CRAB DIP

Baked Crab Dip image

Fresh crab meat is so rich, fabulous, and sweet that, for this dip, I wanted to highlight the texture and flavor of the crab without masking it. Served bubbly hot with a crisply browned, lemon zest–panko topping, this dip will be a party favorite-easy to put together, quick to bake, and quick to disappear, too.
