Here's what you need: olive oil, chicken breasts, salt, pepper, garlic, chicken broth, heavy cream, penne pasta, parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh parsley

1 tablespoon olive oil
3 chicken breasts, cubed
salt, to taste
pepper, to taste
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 ½ cups chicken broth
2 ½ cups heavy cream
1 lb penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups parmesan cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese
1 handful fresh parsley, chopped

Steps:

  • In a pot, heat oil and add chicken.
  • Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  • Add garlic, then brown the chicken.
  • Add broth, heavy cream, and pasta, and bring to a boil.
  • Cover and reduce the heat to a simmer for 15-20 min.
  • Turn off heat and stir in 1 ½ cups (165 grams) of parmesan cheese.
  • Pour half of the pasta into a greased 11×7 inch or 9×13 inch (28x18 cm or 33x23 cm) baking dish.
  • Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup (115 grams) of mozzarella cheese.
  • Layer the remaining half of the pasta evenly on top. Sprinkle evenly with 1 cup of mozzarella (115 grams) and ½ cup (55 grams) of parmesan.
  • Broil 10 - 15 minutes, or until the cheese is golden brown. Remove and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
  • Enjoy!

MAKE AHEAD CHICKEN AND LET COOL TO SEPARATE EASIER
12 large chicken legs or thighs boiled seasoned and separated.
PLACE THE FOLLOWING IN THE WATER AS YOU BOIL YOUR CHICKEN
1/4 teaspoon(s) each of the following, black pepper,sea salt, onion power and garlic powder, chicken stock flavoring
1/2 tablespoon(s) of minces garlic
1 large onion diced
COOK TO ALMOST DONE BUT NOT QUITE THERE
2 large boxes of penne noodles cooked drained and set aside
1 large jar of alfredo sauce
1 package(s) each of mozzerella cheese and monteray jack, shredded mixed together

Steps:

  • you will need a 13x9 baking dish, preheat oven to 300,
  • in large bowl mix together your noodles and sauce. place a layer of noodles in the bottom of your baking dish, cover with shredded cheese then a layer of chicken.
  • continue this till you are at the top of the dish. ending with noodles and cheese. bake on center of rake for 1 hour till heated all the way thru. cover with tin foil before baking as to insure top noodles do not dry out.

3 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves, cubed
salt and ground black pepper to taste
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 ½ cups chicken broth
2 ½ cups heavy whipping cream
1 (16 ounce) package penne pasta
2 cups grated Parmesan cheese
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add chicken, salt, and pepper; cook and stir until golden brown, about 5 minutes. Add garlic; cook until fragrant, about 2 minutes. Add broth and heavy cream; stir in pasta and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until pasta is tender, about 15 minutes.
  • Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler. Grease an 11x17-inch baking pan.
  • Pour 1/2 the pasta mixture into the prepared pan. Sprinkle 1/2 the Parmesan cheese and 1/2 the mozzarella cheese over the pasta. Layer remaining pasta on top; finish with remaining Parmesan and mozzarella cheeses.
  • Broil in the preheated oven until cheese is golden brown, 10 to 15 minutes.

6 small boneless skinless chicken breasts (1-1/2 lb.)
1-1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves, divided
1 pkg. (6 oz.) STOVE TOP Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1-1/2 cups hot water
3 cups frozen vegetable blend, thawed, drained
1/2 cup (1/2 of 8-oz. tub) PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread
1 cup milk
1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 375°F.
  • Heat large heavy nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; sprinkle with 1 tsp. thyme. Cook 5 min. on each side or until each breast is lightly browned on both sides.
  • Meanwhile, combine stuffing mix and hot water in 13x9-inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray; spread into even layer in dish. Spoon vegetable blend into 6 mounds over stuffing, using about 1/2 cup of the vegetable blend for each mound; top each with 1 chicken breast.
  • Cook cream cheese spread and milk in saucepan on medium heat 4 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted, stirring constantly. Spoon over chicken; sprinkle with cheese and remaining thyme.

1/4 cup butter
2 1/2 teaspoons hot pepper sauce (I use Franks)
