AIR FRYER CATFISH
Crispy and delicious air fried catfish

Steps:
- Rinse off the fish fillets and pat it dry.
- Take all seasoning ingredients and pour it in a Ziploc bag. Make sure it's big enough to fit your fish!
- Put fish in the bag and shake it up. One fish at a time, shake up the bag until each fillet is well coated with the seasoning mix.
- Spray oil on every fillet.
- Put the fish in the air fryer and cook for 20 minutes at 400F. Flip the fillets half way throug cooking time.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
- Whisk melted butter, olive oil, and blackened seasoning together in a small bowl until it forms a paste. Brush paste on both sides of the catfish fillets.
- Place fillets in the basket of the air fryer and cook until fish is browned and flakes easily with a fork, about 15 minutes.
