Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Remove brie from package and wrapping; do not remove rind. Place on parchment paper and then on a baking sheet.
- Score the top with a knife, being careful to only penetrate the rind. Do not make deep cuts into the brie, as it will cause the melted cheese to leak. Cut in a criss-cross pattern.
- Top the scored brie with dried rosemary, dried thyme, crushed red pepper flakes, and honey.
- Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the brie is gooey and soft.
- Serve immediately with sliced apples, wheat thins, crackers, or a baguette. Enjoy!

BAKED BRIE WITH LAVENDER HONEY AND HERBS

- For the Lavender Honey (Makes 1 cup):
- Heat the honey and lavender flowers in a small saucepan over high heat until boiling, 4 to 5 minutes. Allow the mixture to cool. Once cool, strain the mixture through a sieve, filtering out the lavender flowers.
- For the baked brie:
- Preheat the broiler.
- Slice the baguette diagonally in 1/4-inch-thick slices and place on a broiler pan. Broil until toasted, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Chop the garlic, rosemary and thyme and place in a small bowl. Add the oil and lavender honey and stir to combine.
- Put the chilled brie on a sheet pan and score the top with a paring knife, as if you are etching it into slices. This will let the oil and herbs soak into the cracks and give the cheese room to melt and expand.
- Spread the herb and honey mixture and spread across the top of the brie. Season with salt and pepper and bake until it starts to melt, 10 minutes.
- Serve with the toasted baguette slices.

- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Mix together parsley, garlic, rosemary, thyme, marjoram, and salami. Slice the Brie in half crosswise, so you have two wheels. Spread the salami and herb mixture on one of the cut sides and top with the other half of the Brie wheel. Place the Brie in the center of the sheet of puff pastry. Fold the puff pastry up and over the Brie, pressing to secure the pastry together using a little bit of water if necessary. Brush the pastry with beaten egg.
- Bake the pastry in the preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes. Remove from the oven and let stand for 15 minutes before serving.

APPLES-AND-HONEY BAKED BRIE
In this delicious baked Brie recipe, Brie is topped with sautéed apples and honey and wrapped in phyllo, then baked until gooey. The perfect holiday appetizer.

- Preheat the oven to 400°F. Line a half sheet pan with parchment paper.
- In a medium skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of the butter over medium heat. Add the apples and cook, stirring often, until softened and lightly caramelized, 10 to 12 minutes. Transfer the apples to a bowl and toss with the honey. Season with salt and pepper.In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 6 tablespoons butter. On the prepared sheet pan, lay out 1 sheet of the phyllo dough and lightly brush it with melted butter to coat. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top, brush with butter, and repeat this process until you've layered all 6 sheets of phyllo. Place the Brie in the center and top it with the apple mixture. Fold the corners of the phyllo sheets toward the center of the Brie, overlapping them to seal, then brush with any remaining melted butter.
- In a small saucepan, melt the remaining 6 tablespoons butter. On the prepared sheet pan, lay out 1 sheet of the phyllo dough and lightly brush it with melted butter to coat. Lay another sheet of phyllo on top, brush with butter, and repeat this process until you've layered all 6 sheets of phyllo.
- Place the Brie in the center and top it with the apple mixture. Fold the corners of the phyllo sheets toward the center of the Brie, overlapping them to seal, then brush with any remaining melted butter.
- Bake, rotating the pan halfway through, for 20 to 25 minutes, until golden brown and crisp. Transfer to a platter and serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350°. Cut off top rind of brie with a sharp knife (it’s okay if you can’t get the rind off in one piece; brie will smooth out as it bakes).
- Toss rosemary, thyme, and oil on a parchment-lined rimmed baking sheet until coated. Spread herbs evenly on parchment. Place brie in the center so that it covers about half of the herbs.
