VAMPIRE'S KISS
Get into a Halloween mood with this vampire-inspired cocktail, with champagne, vodka and raspberry liqueur. Garnish with red sugar for the wow factor

Steps:
- Chill a martini or cocktail glass. Pour the raspberry liqueur and vodka into a cocktail shaker and add a handful of ice and the raspberries.
- Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold. If using the coloured sugar, dip the rim of your chilled glass into cold water, then into the sugar.
- Fine-strain the cocktail into your prepared glass and top with the champagne.

- Put ice and water in martini glass, to chill.
- Put all ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice and shake the heck out of it!
- Dump ice/water from glass.
- Strain into martini glass and ENJOY!

Steps:
- Get your cocktail shaker, measuring glass, cocktail spoon and glassware. Rinse 2 cherries to remove the syrup and spear one each on martini picks.
- Add raspberry vodka, chambord, cranberry juice and grenadine to the shaker.
- Cap the shaker and shake for 15 seconds.
- Uncap shaker and add champagne and gently stir with the cocktail spoon.
- Cap the shaker and strain and divide the liquid between the two glasses. Add the cherries in the glasses.
- Sip
- Smile
- Enjoy
