2 fluid ounces Baileys® Irish Cream
1 fluid ounce peppermint liqueur
½ (1 ounce) square dark chocolate

Steps:

Fill drink shaker with ice and then add Baileys and peppermint liqueur. Shake and pour into a festive martini glass.
Shave dark chocolate on top and serve.

his Baileys Chocolate Mint Martini is a fun way to bring a little green to your spring or St. Patrick's Day. It is so flavorful with Baileys, Peppermint Schnapps, vanilla vodka and Creme de Cacao.

3 oz. Baileys
.75 oz. Peppermint Schnapps
1.5 oz. Vanilla Vodka
.75 oz. Creme de Cacao
1.5 oz. Half & Half
3 drops green food coloring (optional)
1 floating Whipped Cream
1-2 tbsps. Chocolate Shreds
1 whole Thin Mint Cookie

Steps:

In a cocktail shaker, around 1 C. of ice, Baileys, Peppermint Schnapps, Vanilla Vodka, Creme de Cacao Liqueur and green food coloring (optional).
Shake until chilled and strain into a martini glass.
Add a generous floating of whipped cream.
Top with chocolate shreds and a Thin Mint cookie if desired.
