2.5 oz Baileys Original Irish Cream
1 oz whiskey
1/2 oz honey
Ice cubes

Steps:

Pour the Baileys into a cocktail shaker, then add the whiskey and finally the honey on top. Pop some ice cubes into the shaker and shake vigorously till the honey is beautifully blended and the drink is deliciously chilled. Pour the silky mixture into a tumbler full of ice cubes. Serve, sip and enjoy.

Enjoy a bright, zingy 'bees knees' cocktail, with honey, dry gin and lemon juice. It's great drink for showcasing a flavourful honey. Garnish with lemon zest

Ingredients

2 tsp honey
50ml dry gin
25ml lemon juice
ice
lemon zest strip, to serve

Steps:

Put the honey in a small jug or cup and add 1 tsp freshly boiled water. Stir well until smooth and the honey is nicely thinned down.
Pour the honey mixture into a cocktail shaker along with the gin, lemon juice and a large handful of ice. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels very cold.
Double strain into a cocktail glass or a coupe and garnish with a curled strip of lemon zest - you can do this by wrapping it tightly around a spoon handle.

Ingredients

1 cup half-and-half
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 2/3 cups whiskey (I use Jameson)
1/4 cup Hersheys Chocolate Syrup
2 1/2 teaspoons almond extract
1 tablespoon instant espresso powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Steps:

Add ingredients in blender.
Blend until smooth.
Taste (!) I usually adjust the flavor at this point, adding either more half and half, more chocolate or leaving it as is.
