BAILEYS IRISH COFFEE

Steps:

• STEP ONE Combine Baileys, coffee and Irish Whiskey in a tall "Irish Coffee" glass. STEP TWO Top with whipped cream.

BAILEYS AND COFFEE

Steps:

• Pour Baileys and coffee into a coffee mug and serve.

BAILEY'S IRISH CREAM AND COFFEE MUFFINS

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 200 C.
• Lightly grease 12 muffin tins.
• Sift together flour and baking powder into a bowl, stir in sugar and make a well in the centre.
• In a cup, dissolve instant coffee in the boiling water.
• In another bowl lightly whisk together the melted butter, Baileys, milk and eggs, and stir in instant coffee.
• Fold Baileys mixture into dry ingredients and stir quickly to combine.
• Spoon mixture into prepared muffin tins, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly pressed.
• Dust with icing sugar and serve.

COFFEE WITH BAILEY'S AND FRANGELICO

Steps:

• Using electric mixer, beat cream and sugar in small bowl to soft peaks. (Can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover and chill.).
• Pour 2 tablespoons Frangelico and 2 tablespoons Baileys liqueur into each of 4 mugs.
• Pour coffee over, dividing evenly.
• Top each with dollop of whipped cream and serve immediately.

IRISH COFFEE WITH BAILEY'S AND KAHLUA

Steps:

• Pour Baileys and Kahlua into Irish coffee glass.
• Fill glass with hot coffee.
• Top with whipped cream and serve.
