Ingredients

1 pint plain yogurt
1 pint cold water
Salt to taste
Optional: 2 tablespoons crushed, dried mint

Steps:

Pour yogurt into a bowl and beat until smooth, add water and continue beating until thoroughly blended, or combine in an electric blender and blend until smooth. Season to taste with salt and dried mint. Chill thoroughly and serve in tall glasses, with ice.

1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt to taste
Crushed ice
Fresh mint leaves, for garnish

Steps:

Place the yogurt, water, cream and salt in a blender and blend for about 1 minute, or until frothy. Refrigerate for later use, or pour into tall, chilled glasses over crushed ice, and garnish with mint leaves.

Add yoghurt, water and salt to a blender. I use approx. 1/4 tsp salt. Blend until a little foam has formed on top, a minute or so.
If you're happy with the flavour and consistency, serve immediately. If not, add more yoghurt, water or salt to taste and whizz for a few more seconds before serving.
