- 1. Rinse and drain the imitation crab meat. Flake into a medium bowl.
- 2. Dice the celery and onion. Add to the crab meat.
- 3. In a small bowl, combine the ranch dressing, mayo, relish, and garlic powder.
- 4. Pour the dressing mixture over the crab meat and stir to mix. Sprinkle with salt and pepper, top with dill weed, then toss lightly to mix. Chill for one hour to blend flavors.
- 5. Notes: You can substitute 1 T. dried minced onion for the fresh onion.

- Chop/shred crab into small pieces. You can chop with a knife or use a food processor and pulse in batches. Try to shred it apart a little for better coating with the dressing. P.S. Imitation crab meat is made of white fish. I've loved this stuff since I was a kid and I can't get over it (don't judge me).
