Steps:
- Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
- Mix ground beef, green onion, hoisin sauce, Sriracha sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, red pepper flakes, ginger, salt, and black pepper together in a bowl until thoroughly combined. Divide meat mixture into quarters; form each portion into a patty.
- Grill on the preheated grill until meat is browned and no longer pink inside, about 10 minutes per side.

- In a large bowl, combine the first nine ingredients. Crumble beef over mixture and mix well. Shape into eight patties., In two large skillets, cook burgers in oil over medium heat for 5-6 minutes on each side or until a thermometer reads 160°., Meanwhile, combine mayonnaise and wasabi; spread over buns. Serve burgers on buns with cabbage.

- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Mist a baking sheet with cooking spray. Grate the carrot and 1/2 onion into a large bowl. Add the chicken, panko, 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce, the ginger, 3 teaspoons soy sauce and 1 teaspoon sambal oelek and mix until combined. Shape the chicken mixture into 4 patties and place on the prepared baking sheet. Bake until cooked through, about 20 minutes. Meanwhile, thinly slice the remaining 1/2 onion. Toss with the mushrooms, sesame oil, lime juice and the remaining 1 teaspoon soy sauce in a bowl. Mix the remaining 2 tablespoons hoisin sauce and 2 teaspoons sambal oelek with 1 tablespoon water in another bowl. Warm the hamburger buns in the oven. Serve the burgers on the buns with a drizzle of the hoisin-sambal sauce and some of the mushroom mixture.

- Shape meat into six patties; place in a shallow dish. In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, ketchup, vinegar, garlic and pepper. Set aside 1/4 cup for basting; cover and refrigerate. Pour remaining marinade over the patties. This is a nice juicy burger recipe. The waterchestnuts and onions give it a suprising texture. Might wat to take your first bite before pouring on the bottle of ketchup.

Steps:
- Soak mushrooms in warm water to cover until softened, about 20 minutes. Drain, discard stems and finely chop caps.
- Crumble meat into a large bowl. Add mushrooms, onion, water chestnuts, green onions, garlic, soy sauce, oyster-flavored sauce, and sesame oil. Mix well. Sprinkle cornstarch over meat mixture & mix well. Divide mixture into 4 equal portions into a patty about 1" thick.
- Place patties on a oiled grill 3-4" above a solid bed of low-glowing coals or on a medium-high gas grill. Cook, turning once, until done to your liking, 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare.
- Serve in buns with your favorite condiments.
ASIAN BURGER
Steps:
- Place the beef in a bowl, add with curry powder, sugar, cilantro, scallions, garlic, chiles, cumin, salt, and pepper, and mix well. Form into 4 (8-ounce) patties. Place patties on grill and grill to desired doneness. Place scallion pieces and shiitake caps on the grill and brush with the teriyaki sauce and grill until well charred.
- Serve burgers on sesame buns topped with grilled scallion and shiitakes and more teriyaki sauce, if desired.
ASIAN CHICKEN BURGERS
Nice flavors. I normally do not have to use an egg and breadcrumbs for these burgers. If your ground chicken is very dry or crumbly add an egg and a 1/4 cup of breadcrumbs. Nice served on a bun with lettuce, stir-fried beansprouts, teaspoon of soy sauce and sesame seeds. As a topping we use sour cream.

Steps:
- Heat the oil and fry the onion, ginger, garlic and chili for a 2-3 minutes, add the mushrooms for the last minute.
- Set aside to cool.
- Mix the ground chicken with all the other ingredients and the cooled onion mixture, shape into 4 or 6 burgers.
- Fry them in some oil on a medium fire for several minutes on each side until done and browned.

- Heat a cast iron pan over medium-high heat.
- Combine mayonnaise, cilantro, General Tso sauce, garlic, crushed red pepper, onion powder, 1/8 teaspoon black pepper, and salt in a small mixing bowl; stir well.
- Form ground beef into 4 patties; place into the hot pan. Add 3 to 4 drops of soy sauce to each burger; season with additional black pepper to taste. Cook patties until browned and no longer pink in the centers, about 5 minutes per side. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center of each patty should read at least 160 degrees F (70 degrees C).
- Prepare hamburger buns by adding a generous amount of mayonnaise mixture and romaine to each. Add cooked patties to buns and serve.
