Steps:
- Prep the apples: Core and roughly chop the washed apples.
- Make the tart apple syrup: In a medium saucepan over medium heat, combine the apples, water, and sugar. Bring the apple mixture to a boil, and then reduce heat to low. Simmer until the apples are tender but not falling apart, 15 to 20 minutes.
- Cool the tart apple syrup: Remove from the heat and let cool to room temperature, about 30 minutes.
- Strain the tart apple syrup: Strain solids through a fine mesh strainer into an airtight container. Either use immediately in your cocktail or refrigerate until ready to use.

- Combine 1/4 cup each vodka, apple brandy and apple cider in a jar; stir in half of a thinly sliced Granny Smith apple and 1 tablespoon sugar. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours or overnight. Pour a splash of absinthe into 2 martini glasses; swirl to coat. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka mixture, reserving the apple slices; shake well, then strain into the glasses. Add the reserved apple slices.

- Fill a martini glass with ice and top with water. This will get the glass chilled before pouring your tini.
- Add ice to your shaker. The more you add, the better chilled the tini will be.
- Add the vodka, schnapps and sweet-and-sour. Cover and shake vigorously for about ten seconds.
- Dump the ice and water from the martini glass. Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass.
- Garnish with a cherry, or sliver of granny apple, or lemon twist.

- Add the applejack brandy, apple cider, Simple Syrup and lemon juice to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously and strain into 4 chilled glasses. Float an apple slice on top of each to garnish.
