Steps:

• In a 2 ounce shot glass, combine vodka and apple cider. Top with a dollop of whipped cream and a pinch of cinnamon.

APPLE PIE BREAD PUDDING

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees with rack set in the lower third of the oven. Lightly butter a 9-inch pie plate; set aside.
• In a large bowl, whisk together cream, milk, and eggs. Add brioche and gently toss to coat. Set aside at room temperature for 30 minutes to soak.
• Meanwhile, melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Remove from heat and add granulated sugar, brown sugar, vanilla, spices, and salt; stir until smooth and well combined. Add apples and toss to coat.
• Gently fold apple mixture into the bread mixture until well combined. Spoon bread and apple mixture into prepared pie plate, then pour remaining liquid over top just to fill to the edge of the dish (you may not use all of it). Sprinkle with turbinado sugar, if desired.
• Bake, covered with parchment-lined foil, for 45 minutes (with a parchment-lined baking sheet placed at the bottom of the oven to catch drips). Uncover and continue to bake until bread pudding is golden brown and set in the center, 30 to 35 minutes more. Let sit on a wire rack 10 to 20 minutes before serving with ice cream. Bread pudding is best served warm, but can be kept refrigerated, tightly covered, up to 3 days.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
• Slice the bread into ½ inch (1 cm) cubes.
• In a large bowl, combine the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, stirring until smooth.
• Add the bread and stir until the bread cubes have evenly absorbed the milk mixture.
• Spread the bread evenly in a 9-inch (23-cm) round baking pan.
• In a large bowl, combine the apples, brown sugar, and cornstarch, mixing until evenly combined.
• Spread the apples evenly on top of the bread.
• Bake for 40 minutes, until edges are brown.
• Cool, slice, then serve with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce!

• Combine apple cider, apple juice and cinnamon sticks in a large pot.
• Let mixture boil until cinnamon sticks start to unroll. (about 1 hour).
• Let the mixture completely cool and remove cinnamon sticks.
• Add everclear.
• Pour mixture in whatever size bottles you choose. I throw a cinnamon stick in the bottle as well.
• This can be serve chilled or warm.

Steps:

• Beat milk and pudding mix together in a bowl until smooth; add apple schnapps, butterscotch schnapps, and vodka and stir until blended. Fold whipped topping into pudding mixture until incorporated. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses or disposable 'party shot' cups.

• Whisk together the milk, liquor, and instant pudding in a bowl until combined. Add cool whip a little at a time with whisk. Spoon the pudding mixture into shot glasses, disposable party shot cups or 1 or 2 ounce cups with lids. Place in freezer for at least 2 hours.

• Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
• Cover pie crust with aluminum foil and bake for 8 minutes.
• Remove foil and cook additional 3 minutes.
• Remove and set aside.
• Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
• Mix eggs, applesauce, yogurt, sugar, 1/2 cup brown sugar, oats and cinnamon in a large bowl.
• Peel, core and slice aplles.
• Add in bread and apples and mix.
• Set aside.
• In a different mixing bowl, mix 1/4 cup brown sugar and flour together.
• Cut in butter and mix well until resembles coarse crumbs.
• Stir in nuts.
• Pour apple mixture into the pie crust.
• Top with flour mixture.
• Cover edge of pie crust with a foil and bake for 30 minutes.
• Remove foil and bake for another 30 minutes or until goden.
