Apple Cider Float Cocktail Food

SPARKLING APPLE CIDER FLOATS (ALCOHOLIC AND NON-ALCOHOLIC VERSIONS)

Steps:

• In a small bowl, stir together the sugar and cinnamon.
• Line a baking sheet with parchment or wax paper.
• Using a small cookie scoop, melon baller, or spoon, place 8-12 (depending on the size and if you want two or three scoops per glass) scoops of ice cream onto the baking sheet. Using some of the cinnamon sugar mixture, sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top of each ball, pressing in if necessary. Place the sheet with the ice cream balls in the freezer for an hour or two.
• Pour some of the caramel into a small bowl. Dip the rim of your champagne flutes or glasses in the caramel and then into the cinnamon sugar mixture. Set aside until ready to serve.
• When ready to serve, pour about 6 oz. (3/4 cup) of the cider into each of the prepared glasses and add two or three ice cream balls to each glass.

APPLE CIDER FLOAT COCKTAIL

Steps:

• Place cinnamon sugar on a small flat plate.
• Wet rim of glass with apple cider then dip into cinnamon sugar.
• Add apple cider to glass.
• Stir in cinnamon schnapps.
• Add enough champagne to almost fill glass.
• Top with scoop of vanilla ice cream.
• Sprinkle top with cinnamon sugar.
• Garnish with cinnamon stick and apple slice. Add a drizzle of caramel if you're feeling decadent.

CREAMY APPLE CIDER FLOAT

Steps:

• Heat apple cider and mulling spices in a saucepan over low heat. Bring to a simmer and steep until flavors blend, about 15 minutes. Divide cider between 12 mugs and add a scoop of ice cream to each mug.
