CARAMEL APPLE DUMP CAKE RECIPE
Caramel Apple Dump Cake: sweet tender apples are swirled with caramel and topped with a spiced cake in this easy to make dump cake with just FIVE ingredients!

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 13×9 casserole dish and set aside.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix together apple pie filling, cinnamon and nutmeg. Pour into the casserole dish and smooth with a spatula.
- Arrange carmael squares on top of apple filling layer and then top with yellow cake mix. Smooth cake mix into an even layer.
- Pour melted butter evenly on top of the cake mix. You can add more cinnamon on top of the butter if you would like (I do!).
- Bake for 45 minutes or until the top is lightly browned and the edges are bubbling.
- Scoop into serving bowls and top with ice cream and caramel sauce, if desired.

Warm, spicy apples with a buttery, crunchy topping. This screams fall! This is so easy and quick and sure to be a crowd pleaser. This would be delicious with vanilla ice cream and maybe top with more of the caramel sauce.

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking pan with cooking spray.
- Spread apple pie filling in an even layer on the bottom of the pan. Drizzle caramel sauce evenly over apples. Sprinkle cake mix evenly over apples and caramel. Drizzle melted butter evenly over cake mix. Sprinkle evenly with chopped walnuts.
- Bake in the preheated oven until cake is golden brown and the filling is bubbling through to the top, 50 to 55 minutes. Let cool at least 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.

- In a greased 9 X 13 inch baking dish, mix apple pie filling and caramel sauce.
- You may add in the 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon, if desired.
- Spread evenly in the pan.
- Pour dry cake mix directly on top of the pie filling and spread evenly.
- Top with melted butter and pecans. (optional).
- Bake at 350 degrees for 50-55 minutes or until top is golden brown and apple filling is bubbly.

This is my favorite cake. A rich,buttery apple cake. No need for icing. I make this cake very often. It can be served warm with a dollop of whipped cream, served cold or even frozen for later use .You will be handing out copies of this recipe.Recipe came from a Robin Hood cookbook.

- Cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla in a large mixer bowl until light and fluffy.
- Combine flour, baking powder,baking soda and salt.
- Add to creamed mixture alternately with sour cream making 3 dry and 2 liquid additions. Fold in apples and skor Bits. Spread batter evenley in greased 13x9 cake pan.
- combine all topping ingredients, mixing until crumbly.
- Sprinkle evenly over batter.
- Bake at 350F for 35-40 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

- Preheat the oven to 350˚ F. Coat a 10-inch well-seasoned cast-iron or ovenproof nonstick skillet with cooking spray. Spread the apples evenly across the bottom of the skillet in a decorative pattern. Drizzle the caramel over the apples, then sprinkle with sea salt. Pour the apple cider on top.
- Sprinkle cinnamon and nutmeg over the apples, then drizzle with vanilla. Cover the apples completely with the dry cake mix and drizzle the melted butter on top. Bake until the cake is browned on top and around the edges with some caramel bubbling through, 50 to 60 minutes. Let rest for about 15 to 20 minutes, then flip onto a serving platter to showcase the beautiful design. Let cool, then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar, if desired. Serve with ice cream and more caramel sauce.
