Apple Cake Mix Cookies Food

CAKE MIX APPLE-SPICE COOKIES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. In medium bowl, stir together cake mix, oil and eggs until combined and dough forms. Stir in chopped apple.
• Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
• Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until set. Remove cookies from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
• In small microwavable bowl, microwave frosting on High 10 seconds. Drizzle melted frosting over cooled cookies.

APPLE OATMEAL COOKIES

Steps:

• In a large bowl, combine the cake mix, oats, brown sugar and cinnamon. In a small bowl, combine the egg, applesauce, apple and raisins. Stir into oat mixture and mix well. , Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls 2 in. apart onto baking sheets coated with cooking spray. Bake at 350° for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Let stand for 2 minutes before removing to wire racks to cool.

QUICK AND EASY APPLE CRISP (FROM CAKE MIX)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Peel, core, and slice apples. Spread over the bottom of a greased 8 x 8-inch pan.
• Mix cake mix, oats, sugar and cinnamon together in large bowl. Pour melted butter over the top. Mix with fork until crumbly.
• Bake 35-40 minutes, until apples are tender and top is golden brown.

APPLE MUFFINS (CAKE MIX)

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Beat pie filling, eggs, apple pie spice and yellow cake mix together with an with electric mixer on medium-speed until thoroughly mixed. (You can "mash" with a potato masher if you prefer chunks in your muffins).
• Divide batter equally between 24 paper-lined cupcake wells.
• Bake in a preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
• Allow to cool before peeling off paper liners.

CAKE MIX APPLE PIE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix together the following ingredients: cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Marble in apple filling.
• Bake 30-35 minutes.
• Combine margarine, powdered sugar, hot water and vanilla. Drizzle glaze over cake.

• Pour into a well greased and floured tube or bundt cake pan.

Steps:

• Combine cake mix, oil and eggs in a bowl and mix well.
• Stir in chips and nuts, if using.
• Drop by teaspoons on ungreased cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 8-10 minutes.
• Upon removing from oven, let the cookies stand on sheet for two minutes, then cool on racks.

Steps:

• Set oven to 375 degrees F.
• In a mixing bowl cream butter and both sugars together.
• Beat in the egg and apple juice.
• In a small bowl combine the dry ingredients.
• Gradually add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture; blend well.
• Mix in the chopped apples and nuts.
• Drop dough by heaping teaspoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart.
• Bake for 12-13 minutes, or until golden brown.
• Place on wire rack to cool.
• For frosting: Beat all frosting ingredients until smooth; frost cookies.
