CAKE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
• In a large bowl mix together cake mix, eggs, and oil until smooth. Alternately you can do this step in the bowl of your stand mixer with the paddle attachment, mixing ingredients on low until combined.
• Mix in desired add-ins until evenly incorporated.
• Using a medium (2- tablespoon) cookie scoop portion the dough onto the prepared cookie sheet 2- inches apart. Bake for 9-10 minutes, or until lightly golden at the edges.
• Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 3-4 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.

SUPER DUPER EASY APPLE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
• Prepare cake mix according to package directions for a 10-inch tube pan. Stir in the cinnamon and vanilla extract, then fold in the chopped apples.
• Pour batter into prepared pan. Bake in the preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean, about 40 minutes. Allow to cool.

CAKE MIX APPLE PIE CAKE

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
• Mix together the following ingredients: cake mix, eggs, water, and oil. Pour mixture into a greased 9x13-inch pan. Marble in apple filling.
• Bake 30-35 minutes.
• Combine margarine, powdered sugar, hot water and vanilla. Drizzle glaze over cake.

APPLE CAKE MIX COOKIES

Steps:

• 1. Heat oven to 350. In a medium bowl, stir together cake mix, oil and eggs until combined and dough forms. Stir in chopped apple.
• 2. Onto ungreased cookie sheets, drop dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart.
• 3. Bake 8-10 minutes or until set. Remove cookies from cookie sheets to cooling racks. Cool completely, about 15 minutes.
• 4. In a small microwaveable bowl, microwave frosting on high 10 seconds. Drizzle melted frosting over cooked cookies.
