"ANGEL FLUFF" COOL WHIP FRUIT SALAD
Steps:
- Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
- Gently fold in the whipped topping until completely combined.
- Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Garnish with additional marshmallows and rainbow sprinkles (optional) before serving.

ANGEL SALAD
Ok, so I know it's not a pic of an actual Angel Salad, but since I didn't have one yet, this is my youngest grandbay enjoying his first taste. This salad is something I have been making since my kids were small. It's the one thing they both request for Holidays & family dinners. You can double the recipe really well. I'll post an actual pic the next time I make this.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese until smooth and creamy.
- add pecans, sugar, vanilla and pineapple. Mix well.
- fold in coolwhip. Refrigerate until ready to serve. I prepare the night before I'm ready to serve.

- Chop/dice all vegetables and place in large bowl.
- Mix remaining ingredients for the dressing in with the vegetables.
- Boil angel hair pasta and drain very well.
- Mix pasta in with vegetables and dressing.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.
