AMY'S PIZZA DIP
This is a really tasty, dip. I got the recipe from my sister in law. Kids really love it, and you can pretty much add anything you want, or change it up to suit your own taste.Serving size is approximate.

Steps:
- Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl, except for mozzarella.
- Spread mixture in 11x8 inch baking dish.
- Bake at 350F for 10-15 minutes,.
- Remove from oven, do not turn oven off, sprinkle top with mozzarella, return to oven, bake an additional 5-7 minutesm or until cheese is melted.
- We prefer pita chips, but you can use melba toast, any type of cracker, or whatever suits your taste.

this is a VERY yummy pizza dough its not super thick but its not a thin crust. definitely give this one a try, very simple!

Steps:
- combine first two ingredients.
- in separate bowl dissolve sugar an yeast into the water.
- add wet ingredient to flour mixture
- let dough sit (rise) approximate 1 hour, (the dough should double in size).
- take dough out of bowl, and roll out, or fling in air, however you want to strech into crust, and place on pizza pan.
- bake crust at 375 for 10 minutes
- take out and a pizza toppings bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes more.
