8 oz cream cheese
2 Tbsp worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp onion salt
1 pkg ham cut up small
RECIPE 2
8 oz cream cheese
1 can(s) chili without beans
grated cheese

Steps:

1. recipe 1
2. mix all together and top with parsley leaves
3. recipe 2
4. layer in a glass pie pan. Bake at 350 degrees until hot. serve with tortilla chips
5. My notes: I would put onions or onion powder instead of salt. with the ham it seams to much salt in recipe 1

This recipe comes from Marsha Adams, who hosted a program on American Public Broadcasting stations called Quilt Country. The first time I tried it, I knew it was something that I had to share with you. I use those Spanish green olives that are stuffed with pimentos, because it adds some nice color.Since the recipe calls for diced, I save a little money by using the ones that come sliced in the jar because they are made from olives that are not perfect enough to be sold whole

8 ounces cream cheese
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 (6 1/2 ounce) can tuna
1/2 cup olive, pitted, chopped
1/2 cup walnuts or 1/2 cup almonds, chopped
2 tablespoons lemon juice
black pepper

Steps:

Mix all the ingredients, adding more or less Mayonnaise depending on your desire to make a Chip Dip, or a Sandwich Spread --.
It was often served on dark heavy bread as a sandwich at quilting bees.

I don't recall where I got this recipe from but we like these cookies. You can use full fat products if desired.

1/2 cup light butter
1/2 cup 1% low-fat milk
2 cups sugar
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 cups quick-cooking oats
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Steps:

In a small saucepan, over medium heat, mix the butter, milk, sugar, and cocoa.
Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute
Remove from heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
Mix in the oats and pecans.
Using a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, drop onto waxed paper and allow cookies to stand 1 hours
Store in an airtight container.
