Steps:
- Put the amaretto, lemon juice, egg white and 4 tsp of the cherry syrup into a blender (you can also do this in a large cocktail shaker, you will just need to shake it very hard without adding any ice). Whizz up the mixture a few times at a high speed until it is pale and starting to increase in volume. If your blender is suitable for use with ice, add a few handfuls and pulse just twice more to chill the mixture. Alternatively, just stir in the ice until the outside of the jug feels cold. Pour into glasses and garnish with cherries to serve.

- Amaretto Stone Sour. Amaretto stone sour is a very citrusy drink that’s light, sweet, refreshing. This cousin of amaretto sour is made with orange juice and is the ideal cocktail for lazy afternoon brunches or just sitting out in the backyard with a good book.
- Toasted Almond. The classic dessert cocktail known as toasted almond is a sweet and creamy drink that’s been a showstopper for many years. The drink balances amaretto, vodka, heavy cream, and Kahlua to create a flavor that tastes like toasted almonds.
- Italian Margarita. When we think of margarita, the first thing that comes to mind is the classic Mexican drink. However, the Italian margarita is a deliciously intriguing Mediterranean version that combines both worlds.
- Godfather. I have to admit. I’m not the biggest scotch fan out there. The Scottish whiskey is definitely an acquired taste for many who enjoy American whiskey.
- French Connection. When it comes to easy cocktails, the French Connection, much like the Godfather, is one of the easiest you can make. The concoction is simple amaretto and cognac.
- Amaretto Sour. Amaretto sour is perhaps the most popular amaretto cocktail in the world. The drink combines just the right balance of bourbon, amaretto, and lemon juice for a fantastic experience.
- Amaretto Whiskey Sour. Fans of amaretto and whiskey sour cocktails will fall in love with the amaretto whiskey sour. We’ve found that the bourbon gives the drink a better balance between tartness and the amaretto’s sweet flavor.
- Amaretto Coffee. One of our favorite cocktails, one part dessert, one part beverage, and 100 percent delicious, is Amaretto coffee. When I first tried this spiked coffee drink, I figured it would be good.
- Alabama Slammer. The fantastic cocktail known as the Alabama Slammer sounds more like a pro wrestler out of Birmingham than a delicious drink. This recipe uses three ingredients: amaretto, gin, and southern comfort.
- Italian Sunset. There are many variations to the popular amaretto drink known as the “Italian Sunset.” In this recipe, they use Disaronno Originale Amaretto, club soda, orange juice (pulp-free), and a bit of grenadine.

- Bocce Ball. The bocce ball is a throwback drink that will never lose its appeal. As amaretto's answer to the screwdriver, it showcases the wonderful flavor sensation of amaretto and orange juice.
- Godfather. Scotch whisky and amaretto come together wonderfully in the simple but satisfying godfather. Requiring only those two ingredients, this slow sipping lowball is a fantastic way to dress up scotch.
- Godmother. For drinkers who prefer vodka, there's the godmother. Without the whiskey background, it's a little softer but just as pleasant. It's an easy pouring and slow sipping drink that's the perfect way to end a night, especially when cooler weather begins.
- Toasted Almond. As you explore amaretto's mixability, you'll quickly notice that coffee is one of the best pairings for this liqueur. In the toasted almond mixed drink, amaretto and coffee liqueur come together in perfect harmony.
- French Connection. Another brilliant pairing for amaretto, the French connection mixes the almond liqueur with cognac. Best with top-shelf spirits, it's a great way to sweeten up and soften a good brandy.
- Amaretto Sour. The amaretto sour is a classic cocktail that came out of American bars during the 1970s. Made with just a few ingredients, it's also easy to mix up, and there are several tasty variations to explore.
- DIY Amaretto. As great as amaretto is in cocktails, it is very enjoyable on its own, particularly the premium brands or this easy, homemade version. A good amaretto can be enjoyed neat, straight up, or on the rocks, and it makes a quick and soothing after-dinner drink.
- Triple Espresso Martini. There's no need to brew coffee when you want to enjoy that taste in an amaretto cocktail. Instead, pick up a bottle of espresso vodka and use it in the triple espresso martini.
- M&M Shooter. What's the secret to the M&M shooter? Nothing more than that perfect combination of amaretto and coffee liqueur. There are alternatives, including recipes that use hazelnut liqueur or chocolate vodka.
- Spiked Apple Cider. Apple cider becomes a popular cocktail mixer as the cool winds of autumn begin to blow. The spiked apple cider recipe is best with unfiltered apple cider because its bolder apple flavor is a great base for the aged rum and amaretto.

- Amaretto Sour. The quintessential amaretto cocktail, there are several variants of the Amaretto Sour, which we’ll compare below. You’ll need the following to make it
- Homemade Amaretti Morbidi. Admittedly not a cocktail, but if you enjoy amaretto, you must absolutely try your hand at cooking a batch of amaretto biscuits.
- Orgasm. A classic cocktail from the 1980s, many still think it was a sad day when the International Bartender Association removed it from its official list in 2011.
- French Connection. A super simple classic beverage that’s barely a cocktail, it consists of just two ingredients: 45 ml (1½ Oz) Amaretto. 45 ml (1½ Oz) Cognac.
- The Godfather. Very similar to the French Connection, The Godfather instead opts for Scotch whisky rather than cognac. For additional flavour that interacts with the amaretto’s characteristics, opt for a smoky Islay expression.
- White Rabbit. Another gourmand option like the Orgasm, the White Rabbit instead uses gin with lemon curd and double cream. It requires the following ingredients
- Amaretto Coffee. Another simple mixer, this one uses the Italian tradition of mixing a spirit with coffee in order to bring out its wonderfully gourmand flavours.
- Bakewell Tart Sour. Consider the Bakewell Tart Sour as the French Connection’s more elaborate cousin. If you find the latter a little too basic, try out this complex version and you’ll be impressed.
- Italian Margarita. A simple twist on the classic, the Italian Margarita just adds a dose of amaretto to accompany the tequila, triple sec, and lime juice.
- Downhill Racer. The Downhill Racer is a fruity and exotic alternative to the Italian Margarita. Instead of tequila, we’re having rum, which is soften by a healthy portion of pineapple juice.
