ALFREDO MOSTACCIOLI
My friends love this Alfredo sauce and it can be used with any type pasta that will hold sauce well. I've also used this as a base for making a white pizza and it is excellent! Enjoy!

- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
- Combine heavy cream and butter in a Dutch oven or large, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Heat until butter melts, stirring occasionally; be careful not to bring mixture to a boil. Stir in Parmesan cheese, parsley, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Toss with cooked pasta and serve immediately.

- Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Crumble sausage into a Dutch oven. Cook over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Stir in spaghetti sauce and pasta. In a large bowl, combine the egg, ricotta cheese and mozzarella cheese. , Spoon half of the pasta mixture into a greased shallow 3-qt. baking dish; layer with cheese mixture and remaining pasta mixture. , Cover and bake at 375° for 40 minutes or until a thermometer reads 160°. Uncover; top with Romano cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until heated through.

- Add undrained tomatoes, carrots, celery, onion, salt, paprika, chili powder, and pepper.
- Cover; cook over low heat 30 minutes.
- Stir in water and uncooked mostaccioli.
- Bring to boiling.
- Turn into a 2-qt. casserole.
- Bake, covered, at 350 till mostaccioli and meat are tender, 40 to 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
