AIR FRYER SLOPPY JOE TACO BAKE

Steps:
- Start by cooking the beef in a frying pan, cook until completely brown and cooked through.
- Add water and tomato paste. I did that and mixed it all.
- Poured the sloppy joe mix prepared into the ground meat and heated it all.
- Meanwhile, spray your baking pan with non-stick cooking spray.
- Use these crescent sheets. Easier than the rolls.
- Spread the crescent rolls onto the bottom layer, keep it flat.
- Pour the meat mixture with the sloppy joe mixture on top of the crescent layer.
- Sprinkle the cheese on top of the meat.
- Top with the other can of the crescent sheet.
- Place in the air fryer at 350 degrees F for 12 minutes. After 12 minutes, check and make sure that the dough is completely cooked.If not, add another 5 minutes. Make sure it's completely cooked. The exact time will depend on your air fryer and wattage.

I haven't made these as yet, it looks so good, I can't wait to try it! Since I have not made this as yet, I am not sure how many biscuits are in the refrigerated buttermilk biscuits dough package, or also the correct size of the package, so I really cannot say what the correct yield would be as yet, I am only estimating 8 biscuits for this and 8 ounce for the weight, correct me if I am wrong! You might want to try my recipe#76616 for this :)

Steps:
- Set oven to 350 degrees.
- Separate the biscuits and press into a 3-1/2-inch circle.
- Place over the UNDERSIDE of a standard-side muffin tin, pressing around the cup to shape into a "bowl".
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until browned.
- Remove and place baked cups on a serving platter.
- In a skillet brown the beef with onions, garlic and green pepper until browned; season with salt and pepper.
- Add in taco seasoning, water and sloppy Joe sauce; simmer for 6-7 minutes or until hot and bubbly, stirring occasionally.
- Stir in 1 cup cheese; mix until combined.
- Spoon the cooked beef/cheese mixture evenly between the baked "cups".
- Top with lettuce, tomato and more shredded cheese.
- Top with sour cream and sliced olives.

- Stir to break apart. Air fry at 390 F (185 C) for a further 3 minutes. Stir and cook for 3-4 minutes longer or until beef is tender.
- Remove cooked meat from the fryer. Drain and crumble into small pieces, using a fork. Set aside.
