Roasted bananas are great over ice cream, sprinkled with cinnamon-sugar, in a smoothie, or straight out of the air fryer. Made with only 2 ingredients and ready in less than 10 minutes.

Steps:
- Line air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place banana slices into the basket, making sure that they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary. Mist banana slices with avocado oil.
- Cook in the air fryer for 5 minuets. Remove basket and flip banana slices carefully (they will be soft). Cook until banana slices are browning and caramelized, an additional 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully remove from basket.

Steps:
- Preheat the air fryer to 200 degrees C.
- Peel the plantain and slice it into ¼ inches. Toss the sliced plantain with oil if you choose to do so.
- Arrange the sliced banana in the tray.
- Air fry for 6-8 minutes at 200 degrees C. Using a tong, flip the plantain halfway through cooking.
- Combine cinnamon and sugar. Sprinkle on the plantain and serve warm.

Steps:
- Begin by peeling and cutting ripe bananas lengthwise with a sharp knife. Using a paper towel to wipe off any excess skin from banana. Place banana slices on a cutting board in a single layer.
- Place butter in a medium saucepan over low heat or melt butter in microwave in a microwave safe dish.
- In a small mixing bowl, combine the cinnamon and brown sugar. Take each individual banana slice and coat with butter. Then spoon sugar and cinnamon mixture over the top of each banana slice.
- Next lightly mist basket with cooking spray or line air fryer basket with parchment paper. Place bananas slices into the air fryer basket, without overlapping.
- Air fry at 380 degrees F for 6-8 minutes, gently turning the banana slices lengthwise halfway through the cooking process to keep ingredients on top of bananas. Air Fry until they are golden brown and serve warm.

- Preheat air fryer to 325°. In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy, 3-4 minutes. Beat in egg. In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda and salt; add to creamed mixture alternately with banana, beating well after each addition. Fold in pecans., Transfer to a greased 8-in. round baking pan that will fit in the air fryer. Cover with foil. Cook 25 minutes. Uncover; cook until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, 8-10 minutes. Cool in pan on a wire rack for 10 minutes before removing from pan.

- Peel and slice your bananas into approx. 1/8 inch thick slices. A little thicker is fine, but try your best to keep the slices consistent for even cooking. Then place them in the bowl with the marinade and gently mix to evenly coat the slices.
- Brush your air frying basket with a little oil and place the coated bananas in a single layer. Then air fry at 350 degrees F for 8-10 minutes until golden and caramelized. Watch carefully towards the end of cooking to prevent burning.
