The use of an air fryer allows the cook to feed their family fast! You'll need a small round silicone cake pan (6-inch) available in kitchen supply stores or online.

2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 clove minced garlic
¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1 dash Sriracha sauce
4 (5 ounce) boneless, center-cut pork chops

Steps:

  • Combine brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, pepper and Sriracha sauce in a small bowl.
  • Preheat an air fryer to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for 2 minutes.
  • Place pork chops in a 6-inch silicone cake pan and pour 1/2 of the brown sugar-soy sauce on top. Transfer the silicone pan to the air fryer basket.
  • Cook in the preheated air fryer for 9 minutes. Turn pork chops and cook for another 9 minutes. Pour remaining sauce on top of pork chops and serve immediately.

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 cups cornflakes, finely crushed (about 1 cup)
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon sweet paprika
Four 6-ounce center-cut boneless pork chops (1 inch thick), trimmed of excess fat

Steps:

  • Set up a breading station with 3 pie plates or small baking dishes. Add the flour to one. Whisk together the eggs with the Dijon mustard, 2 teaspoons water and 1/2 teaspoon salt in the second. Combine the cornflakes with the garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, 1/2 teaspoon salt and a few grinds of pepper in the last.
  • Preheat a 3.5-quart air fryer to 360 degrees F.
  • Sprinkle the pork chops on both sides with salt and pepper. Dredge one at a time, first in the flour, shaking of excess, then in the egg, letting excess drip off, followed by the cornflake mixture. Transfer to a large platter. Repeat with the remaining pork chops.
  • Working in 2 batches, add the chops to the fryer basket and cook until cooked through, about 10 minutes.

4 boneless, center-cut pork chops, 1-inch thick
1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1 ½ cups cheese and garlic flavored croutons
2 eggs
cooking spray

Steps:

  • Preheat the air fryer to 390 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Place pork chops on a plate and season both sides with Cajun seasoning.
  • Pulse croutons in a small food processor until they have a fine consistency; transfer to a shallow dish. Lightly beat eggs in a separate shallow dish. Dip pork chops into eggs, letting excess drip off. Coat chops in crouton breading and set on a plate. Mist chops with cooking spray.
  • Spray basket of the air fryer with cooking spray and place chops inside, making sure to not overcrowd the fryer. You may have to do two batches depending on the size of your air fryer.
  • Cook for 5 minutes. Flip chops and mist again with cooking spray if there are dry or powdery areas. Cook 5 minutes more. Repeat with remaining chops.

1 tablespoon Lawry's Seasoned Salt
3/4-1 tablespoon black pepper
1/2-1 tablespoon garlic powder (garlic salt is to strong but can be used)
1/4-1/2 cup butter

Steps:

  • get out a square bowl,
  • put raw pork chops is bowl,
  • season with garlic powder, Lowery's salt, pepper to your liking to one side of pork chops,.
  • take a fork and poke holes into the chop all over.
  • flip the chops over and re-peat steps 3-4.
  • heat pan to about medium heat (between 5-7).
  • put 1/4-1/2 stick of butter in the heated pan (let melt).
  • put 3-4 chops in the pan and cook until done (the inside is white NOT pink).
