Steps:
- Preheat an air fryer to 320 degrees F (160 degrees C). Spray a small fluted tube pan with cooking spray.
- Beat sugar and butter together together in a bowl using an electric mixer until creamy. Combine banana, egg, and honey in a separate bowl. Whisk banana mixture into butter mixture until smooth.
- Sift flour, cinnamon, and salt into the combined banana-butter mixture. Mix batter until smooth. Transfer to the prepared pan; level the surface using the back of a spoon.
- Place the cake pan in the air fryer basket. Slide the basket into the air fryer and set the timer for 30 minutes. Bake until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.

Baking banana bread is much quicker in an air fryer, thanks to the convection-like heat and the need for less batter. Make this round loaf your everyday breakfast go-to: The wheat germ adds a little extra fiber and whole-grain toastiness to your morning.

- Spray a 7-inch round air-fryer insert, metal cake pan or foil pan with nonstick spray. Set aside.
- Whisk together the flour, wheat germ, salt and baking soda in a medium bowl. Mash the bananas until very smooth in a separate medium bowl. Add the granulated sugar, oil, yogurt, vanilla and egg to the banana and whisk until smooth. Sift the dry ingredients over the wet and fold together with a spatula until just combined. Scrape the batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Sprinkle the top of the batter with the turbinado sugar if desired, for a crunchy, sweet topping.
- Put the pan in a 3.5-quart air fryer and cook at 310 degrees F, turning the pan halfway through, until a toothpick inserted in the middle of the bread comes out clean, 30 to 35 minutes. Transfer the pan to a rack to cool for 10 minutes. Unmold the banana bread from the pan and let cool completely on the rack before slicing into wedges to serve.
LIGHT AS AIR BANANA CAKE
All I can say is Yummy! This cake is sponge-like, but moist. You can put almost any frosting/filling with it- Cream cheese frosting, butter cream, chocolate frosting and it all tastes wonderful. Adults as well as kids love this one. I've had this one for years.

- Cream butter with sugar.
- Add yolks and beat.

- Spray baking pan(s) with nonstick cooking spray and set aside. Preheat air fryer to 305-310-degrees F.
- In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, almond flour, cinnamon, baking soda and salt; whisk to combine.
- In a separate bowl mix sugar, buttermilk, egg, vanilla, canola oil and mashed banana.
- Add wet ingredients to dry and gently fold until completely combined.
- Pour batter into pan(s) and top with sliced banana and sprinkle with sanding sugar, if using.
- Transfer pan(s) to the fryer basket. Cook for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean from the center of the bread(s). Allow to cool for at least 10 minutes before removing from the pan(s).

- Preheat an air fryer to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
- Place banana slices into the basket, making sure that they are not touching; cook in batches if necessary. Mist banana slices with avocado oil.

- Start by mixing the brown sugar and butter. Mix until they are well combined.
- Mix in the banana, egg, sugar, Add in the rest of the ingredients and mix well.
- Spray your bundt ban with non-stick cooking spray or olive oil spray. Spoon your batter into the prepared pan. Place your pan into the air fryer basket. SEt the temperature to 320 degrees F, air fryer setting, for 17 to 20 minutes.
- Let cool slightly before you remove (remember the pan is very hot) I dusted my cake with confectionary sugar.

Air Fryer Banana Cake is the perfect way to use up ripe bananas. Tender sweet cake that is loaded with banana flavor in every decadent bite.

- Preheat air fryer to 330 degrees.
- Spray a pan* that fits your air fryer with canola spray.
- Beat butter & sugar in a medium-sized bowl. Beat until smooth.
- In another bowl, add bananas. Mash them with the back of a spoon.
- Add in the eggs & honey. Mix well.
- Add banana mixture to the butter mixture.
- Whisk until smooth.
- Add in flour, cinnamon & salt. Mix well.
- Pour into your pan.
- Place in your air fryer. Air fry for 14 minutes. Check the pan and rotate the pan if possible.
- If the top is starting to brown too much you can cover it with aluminum foil.
- Air fry for another 14 minutes.
- Check with a toothpick to see if your cake is done. If not done in 28 minutes, it may only need a couple more minutes.
- Remove from the air fryer and allow to cool a bit.
- Make the CREAM CHEESE ICING.
- Microwave cream cheese & butter in a bowl for 7 seconds. Stir and return to the microwave.
- Microwave for another 7 seconds. Stir until smooth.
- Add in powdered sugar & vanilla.
- Whisk in heavy cream and stir until smooth and a thin enough consistency to drizzle.
- Drizzle icing over the cake. Enjoy!
