Steps:
- Put together baby spinach, sliced almonds and Chinese noodles (mandarin oranges, optional).
- Sweet & Sour Dressing
- Mix all ingredients with a whisk until well blended. Just before serving, pour only as much dressing as needed over salad ingredients and toss.
