Steps:
- Prepare the slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray.
- Place the tenderloin in the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Pour the soda over the top, then sprinkle garlic and black pepper over top.
- Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours or until the tenderloin is fork tender.
- Discard the remaining liquid.
- Shred the pork and stir in the barbecue sauce. Add 1 cup at a time, up to 2 cups, until it's as saucy as your prefer.
- Allow the shredded pork to simmer in the slow cooker for an additional 30 minutes prior to serving.
- Serve on buns, over baked potatoes, or alone.

- 1. Rinse pork tenderloin and place in crock pot.
- 2. Place baby carrots around the pork and pour bottle of Dr. Pepper over top. Sprinkle seasonings (to your taste) on top. Cover cook on high for 5-6 hours. DO NOT BASTE THE PORK DURING COOKING.
- 3. This pork is delicious served with mashed potatoes or white rice on the side. The carrots come out tasting like candied carrots...and EVERYTHING is so tender! NOTE: Do not add potatoes to this crock pot recipe. This recipe can also become shredded pork by cooking it for an extra hour.

- Place the onion in the bottom of the slow cooker. Rub the outside of the roast with salt, pepper and garlic powder.
- Pour the Dr. Pepper over the pork and cook on high 4-5 hours or on low 7-8 hours.
- The meat will be very tender. Using 2 forks, shred the pork and place back in the juices.
- Add barbecue sauce to taste. Allow to cook an additional 30-60 minutes if desired.
- Serve on crusty rolls with coleslaw.

- Generously season the pork roast with salt and pepper. Put the onions in the bottom of a slow cooker then set the roast on top of the onions. Add all remaining ingredients, except theBBQsauce. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours, or until it easily pulls apart. Drain most of the juice from the slowcooker into a bowl. Use two forks to shred meat. Pour in a bottle ofBBQsauce. Stir to coat. Cook another 30 to 60 minutes on low. You can add some of the reserved cooking liquid to back to the slow cooker if if needed. Serve shredded pork on buns.

- Stir onions, barbecue sauce, crushed tomatoes, diet soda, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, liquid smoke flavoring, paprika, red pepper flakes, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a bowl; pour mixture over pork tenderloin pieces. Cover and cook until tenderloin pieces begin to shred at the edges, 3 to 4 hours.
