2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (one 12 oz bag)
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 cup chopped almonds or 1 cup walnuts
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Steps:

  • Line an 8 or 9-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
  • Conventional method: In a double boiler, melt chips and milk. Stir until smooth. Add nuts and vanilla.
  • Microwave method: Melt chocolate chips and milk on 50 percent power, 3 to 5 minutes. Stirring twice while microwaving and once at the end until smooth. Stir in nuts and vanilla.
  • Pour into prepared pan and chill until set.

1 pound bacon
1 (28 ounce) can crushed tomatoes
1 pound processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add cavatappi and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender yet firm to the bite, 9 to 10 minutes. Drain.
  • While the pasta is cooking, place bacon in a large skillet and cook over medium-high heat, turning occasionally, until evenly browned but not yet crisp, about 10 minutes. Drain bacon slices on paper towels and then cut into small, bite-sized pieces.
  • Mix pasta, bacon, crushed tomatoes, and processed cheese together in a large bowl. Transfer to a baking dish.
  • Bake in the preheated oven until hot and bubbly, 30 to 35 minutes.

1 lb ground turkey, browned
2 (16 ounce) cans chili beans (I use HOT!)
1 medium onion, diced (we love onions around here) (optional)
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
onion
cilantro

Steps:

  • Brown the ground turkey. When it's almost done, throw the onion in and let it sauté a bit. Put the ground turkey in a large soup pot along with the salsa and the chili beans and let simmer for 25-30 minutes. The longer you let it simmer, the tastier it'll be. :).
  • Top with your choice of toppings and enjoy! Easiest ever!
