- Drizzle olive oil in a large pot and saute onion and garlic until fragrant, about 3 minutes. Add ground turkey and cook until crumbled and brown, draining excess liquid as necessary.
- Add all the rest of the ingredients and cook on medium/low heat for about an hour. Enjoy!

- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a large non-stick frying pan over a high heat. Once hot, add the turkey mince to the pan and fry for 10-12 mins until golden brown and crispy, breaking up the meat with a wooden spoon as you go. Add the ginger and garlic to the pan and cook for 1 min. Stir in the honey, soy and chilli sauce and cook for 2 mins.
- Meanwhile, bring a large pan of water to the boil, add the noodles and cook following pack instructions. Drain and toss the noodles with the remaining 1 tbsp oil and all the lime juice, then divide between bowls. Top with the crispy turkey mince, carrot, onion and coriander. Serve with extra lime wedges for squeezing over, if you like.

- Heat oil in a large pot over medium-high heat. Saute onion and garlic until softened and translucent, about 5 minutes. Add turkey; cook and stir until browned, about 6 minutes. Add chili powder, cumin, coriander, cayenne pepper, and garlic salt. Cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, broth, tomato puree, and green chiles. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low; simmer until flavors blend, about 30 minutes. Top chili with cilantro.

- Heat the oil in a large heavy skillet (preferably ceramic) over medium- heat; add the garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Add the onions and sauté 4 to 5 minutes, or until soft. Stir in the ground turkey, season with salt and cook 3-4 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
- Add the diced celery, carrots, and bell pepper. Season with additional salt. Sauté 4-5 minutes, or until vegetables are soft. Add the chili powder, cumin and coriander. Cook for 2 minutes.
- Transfer the turkey-vegetable mixture to a 5 or 6 quart slow cooker or VitaClay slow cooker. Mix in the tomatoes, beans, parsley, lime juice and salsa verde. Cover and cook on low heat for 3 hours. Add the corn for the last 10 minutes of cooking. Stir everything together before serving. Serve warm.
