- Preheat oven to 325°. Pulse cookies and sugar in a food processor until fine crumbs form. Continue processing while gradually adding butter in a steady stream. Press mixture onto bottom of a greased 10x3-in. springform pan. Securely wrap bottom and sides of springform in a double thickness of heavy-duty foil (about 18 in. square)., For filling, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Beat in Nutella, cream and salt. Add eggs; beat on low speed just until blended. Pour over crust. , Bake until a thermometer inserted in center reads 160°, about 1-1/4 hours. Cool 1-1/4 hours on a wire rack. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8" springform pan with baking spray.
- In a stand mixer, using the paddle attachment add the eggs (with a whisk attachment) on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
- Microwave Nutella for a few seconds to loosen it up and add in while beating the eggs until fluffy and incorporated, for 1 minute.
- Add in the flour gently with a spatula until just combined.
- Pour batter into springform pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes, until a toothpick comes out clean.

- Preheat oven to 160°C and grease your donut pan with flavourless oil OR turn on your donut maker (you won't need any oil if you use the latter).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the Nutella, eggs and plain together until mixed thoroughly.
- Transfer mixture to a medium zip lock bag and cut the corner tip cut off. Pipe the mixture into the donut pans until each is approximately ⅔ full.
- If using a donut pan, bake in the oven for around 10 minutes until they spring back when pressed. If using a mini donut maker, bake for 2-3 minutes.

- 1. Please Note: I have also used a mixture of cake flour & self rising flour ... and prefer that ... as they turn out larger, and less dense. The All-purpose flour will produce more of a brownie textured cupcake. So use whatever you prefer. It's ALL good: )
- 2. Heat oven to 350' Line 9-10 cups of a mini muffin pan w/foil liners (or about 5 reg size).
- 3. Mix together 1/2 cup of the Nutella & egg & whisk until smooth. Add flour and whisk until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups & bake until toothpick comes out with wet gooey crumbs (about 11 minutes) DO NOT OVERBAKE.
- 4. Set out on rack & cool completely. Warm remaining Nutella 15-20 sec's in micro till warm & fluid.
