3 INGREDIENT BBQ SAUCE
Steps:
- Add all ingredients to a medium bowl. I recommend warming your honey to make it easier to measure and mix. Whisk until the sauce is smooth and the honey is completely mixed in with the ketchup (1-2 minutes).
- Store leftover honey BBQ sauce in an air tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 month.

GROUND BEEF AND SAUCE --- 3 INGREDIENTS
This is one of my favorite quick meals. I call it a comfort food. It is for one of those days when you get home late and still have to put something on the table that tastes yummy. I think it is best served with creamy mashed potatoes and a simple vegetable like peas or corn. Of course, it never hurts to add a salad to any meal! Try it, I think you will like it.

Steps:
- Brown the ground beef. (I don't use any oil).
- Chop onion and add to the ground beef. Cook until the onion becomes nearly clear.
- Add salt and pepper (and minced garlic if you desire) while the onion is cooking.
- Pour in the can of soup and 1/2 can of water. Simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Enjoy!

3 INGREDIENT PULLED PORK
This pulled pork could not be easier! I used a pork loin roast for this but you could used tenderloin. I trimmed off the huge slab of fat on the side but you don't have to. I also used about 16 oz of homemade BBQ instead of the bottled stuff. The pork turned out very tender! I served this on toasted hamburger buns with creamy slaw, pickles, and some hot sauce.

- Trim off excess fat, if desired.
- Place roast in slow cooker. Pour in can of root beer.
- Cook, covered, on LOW heat for 6 hours.
- Drain away liquid and shred pork with fork.
- Stir in BBQ sauce. Serve as desired.
