To be specific, I turn the computer on and the fans start reving up normally, they run for maybe 1 minute or 2 and then completely stop, they do not come back on and my computer eventually overheats within 5 minutes of being on.

You have 2 identical cards and one has all 3 fans spinning, the other has 2 of 3 spinning, thats pretty much telling you that something is wrong with the 3rd fan or the Fan Controller module on the card. . 웹 2019년 2월 18일 Just purchased RTX 2070. Precision XOC will not show Power Temp, Memory Temp, will not spin fans, and only shows controls for one fan. I thought these were supposed to be asynchronous dual fans. Should not both show up? Have installed several times and shut down anything else that might be a conflict that would try to control fans.
