ZESTY SLOW COOKER BBQ CHICKEN
Zesty Slow Cooker BBQ Chicken -only 5 simple ingredients! You probably already have them in the house! Chicken, BBQ sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. I love all of these ingredients and they taste great combined into one easy dish! Feel free to use frozen chicken breasts in this dish. Make a ton, so it's great for a potluck! Serve chicken on buns, nachos, baked potato or on top of a salad. Everyone gobbled this up!

Steps:
- Place all ingredients in a 6-qt slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 to 8 hours. Shred chicken with two forks and stir around in the sauce.
- Serve on top of buns, nachos, a baked potato or a salad.

- Place chicken breasts in the slow cooker.
- In a bowl mix together the barbecue sauce, Italian dressing, brown sugar, and worcestershire sauce. Pour over the chicken.
- Cover and cook 3-4 hours on high or 6-7 hours on low.
- Shred chicken and place back in slow cooker until ready to serve.
- Serve on rolls.

- Whisk barbeque sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes together in a bowl until the sugar dissolves; pour over the chicken.

SLOW COOKER PULLED CHICKEN
Try this slow cooked smoky chicken as an easy alternative to pulled pork. It's best served in a bun or with rice, and makes a simple dish for a family meal

- Heat the slow cooker to low and heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan. Brown the chicken in batches, transferring it to the slow cooker as you go. Add the remaining oil to the pan and fry the onions for 5 mins, or until just softened, then stir in the garlic and paprika and cook for another minute. Tip into the slow cooker, then swirl 100ml water around the pan and pour this in as well.
- Add the chipotle, passata, barbecue sauce, sugar and lime juice, then season and stir. Cover and cook for 6-8 hrs until the chicken is really tender. Using two forks, shred the chicken through the sauce. Serve in buns, taco shells, jacket potatoes or over rice, with coriander leaves, chillies and guacamole, if you like.

ZESTY SLOW COOKED BBQ CHICKEN
My Family LOVES chicken, and BBQ not to mention I LOVE my crock-pot. So I have devised several recipes that use my crock-pot, as well as some of the naturally grown, pastured/free range meats we grow out here on the homestead. Oh and I guess I will throw in some of our garden fresh herbs for good measure. Best Served hot on hamburger buns {with a Heinkein, or beer of your choosing), but can also be served in a bowl with a side of fresh made biscuits.

- Use 2 forks to shred the chicken.
- Place chicken in the crock pot.
- In a bowl, mix until evenly combined - BBQ Sauce, Minced Garlic, Cilantro, Austrian Beer Mustard, Brown Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce, and Zesty Italian Dressing.
- Pour into crock pot making sure to cover chicken.
- Cover and cook 3-4 hours on HIGH or 6-8 hours on LOW.
