ZESTY COLD CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil; cook rotini at a boil until tender yet firm to the bite, about 8 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.
• Mix mayonnaise, lemon pepper seasoning, and dried mustard together in a large bowl. Mix in cherry tomatoes, peas, and chicken. Fold in rotini. Sprinkle paprika over salad before serving.

Steps:

• Cook pasta according to package directions; rinse with cold water and drain well. In a large serving bowl, combine the cheese, chicken, peppers, mushrooms, olives, green onions, pepperoni and pasta. , In a small bowl, whisk together the remaining ingredients. Steps:

• Cook pasta according to directions on package While waiting on water to boil, in a large Tupperware container: Add entire bottle Kraft Zesty Italian Dressing, seasoning from pasta kit along with around 2.5oz of the extra grated Parmesan that you purchased. Whisk together until fully incorporated. Add chicken and whisk together until chicken is completely broken up. Add diced Roma tomatoes, onion, olives, water chestnuts, Cucumber, Garbanzo beans. Drain pasta, incorporate in Tupperware container with other ingredients. Garnish with remaining Parmesan Cheese. Eat right away or chill.

ZESTY CHICKEN AND PASTA

Steps:

• Cook pasta as directed on package, omitting salt.
• Meanwhile, heat 1/4 cup dressing in large skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 5 min. or until done. Add vegetables and parsley; cook 5 min. or until vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally.
• Drain pasta; toss with chicken mixture and remaining dressing. Top with cheese.

Steps:

• In large bowl combine chicken, red pepper and onion. In small bowl mix mayonnaise and lime juice. Add jalapeno. Season with salt, pepper, and a dash of tabasco sauce. Drizzle over chicken mixture and toss to coat. Snip cilantro over chicken and mound chicken mixture on lettuce. Garnish with tomato and black olives. Serve.

Steps:

• 1. Boil 8 cups water on a saucepan. Add pasta and vegetable pouch. Cook 9-11 minutes until pasta is el dante, stiring occasionally; drain. Rinse with cold water and drain again.
• 2. Meanwhile pasta is cooking Mix dressing and contents of spice packet and parmesan cheese packet with mayonnaise, galic,bacon salt and ranch seasoning.
• 3. Add pasta and vegatables, chicken, tomato, and cheese. Sprinkle with a little more parmesan cheese. Serve immediatly, or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

ZESTY ORANGE CHICKEN PASTA SALAD

Steps:

• Mix dressing, juice and seasonings in large bowl.
• Add remaining ingredients; mix lightly. Refrigerate several hours or until chilled.

ZESTY RANCH CHICKEN PASTA SALAD #RSC

Steps:

• In quart size sandwich baggie add lemon zest , 2 tsp salt,1 tsp black pepper, crushed red pepper and ½ packet Hidden Valley seasoning mix.
• Toss Chicken in 2 tablespoons lemon juice. Shake to drain lightly.
• In 3 to 4 batches shake chicken breast cubes to coat all sides. Remove and place on a plate. After all chicken has been coated discard mixture and baggie.
• Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in large sauté pan. Sauté chicken until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
• While chicken cooks, prepare penne pasta according to package directions.
• Remove chicken from pan and place in large mixing bowl.
• Pour spinach over chicken and cover to allow spinach to wilt.
• Drain pasta well and pour on top of chicken and spinach. Toss well. Allow to cool 5 minutes.
• In small mixing bowl whisk remaining olive oil, Italian seasoning, remaining Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix, Dijon mustard and Balsamic Vinegar until well blended. Set aside.
• To chicken mixture add cherry tomato halves, scallion slices and Mozzarella Cheese cubes. Toss well.
• Pour dressing over pasta mixture.
• Sprinkle with remaining salt and black pepper. Toss Well.
• Sprinkle with grated Parmesan Cheese.
• Serves well warm or cold.
