1 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
3 teaspoons stevia

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Mix all dry ingredients then add the wet.
  • Whisk together and bake at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes.
  • This recipe can also be made into muffins: divide batter into muffin pans and bake for about 10-15 minutes.

4 teaspoons Splenda sugar substitute

1/2 cup water
4 teaspoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Combine dry ingredients and mix with fork or whisk.
  • Make a well in the center and add wet ingredients.
  • Mix, making sure eggs integrate well.
  • Let sit for five minutes.
  • Spread on greased cookie sheet or silicone mat to desired thickness, I like it to be about 9 x 10 inches.
  • Bake 10-15 minute.
