8 ounces lasagna noodles
1 pound lean ground beef
⅔ (28 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
2 pounds ricotta cheese
½ cup grated Romano cheese
1 egg
¼ cup dried basil
1 clove garlic, pressed
1 (8 ounce) package sliced pepperoni sausage
8 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
  • Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
  • In large skillet over medium-high heat, cook beef until brown; drain. In small saucepan, heat spaghetti sauce.
  • In a medium bowl, stir together ricotta, Romano, egg, basil and garlic.
  • Coat the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with a thin layer of spaghetti sauce. Place 3 or 4 noodles, overlapping edges, over sauce. Spread half of ricotta mixture over noodles. Cover ricotta with half of browned beef, half of pepperoni slices, and 1/4 of mozzarella cheese. Repeat sauce, noodle, ricotta, meat and cheese layers. Layer sauce and noodles again, and pour remaining sauce over all, being sure to cover the edges. Top with remaining mozzarella.
  • Cover pan with foil and pierce foil 3 or 4 times with fork to ventilate. Bake 45 minutes, remove foil, and bake 15 minutes more to brown the top. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Steps:

  • Place pepperoni slices on a paper towel which is on a plate.
  • Place cheese on top of the slices (its ok to add as much as you want).
  • Put the plate in the microwave for about 23 seconds
  • After that let them cool for about 1min then enjoy!

15 slices French bread, cut 1/4 inch thick
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons minced green onions

Steps:

  • Arrange bread slices on a baking sheet using aluminum foil.
  • Broil bread 4 inches from heat until lightly toasted.
  • Sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese and 1 tablespoon onion evenly on the bread.
  • Top with pepperoni (I usually put two on).
  • Sprinkle remaining cheese and onion evenly over pepperoni.
  • Broil 1 minute until cheese melts.

1 can of pizza dough
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
40 pepperoni slices
¼ cup butter
3 minced garlic cloves
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp parsley
Parmesan cheese, to sprinkle

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 400° F (or temperature indicated on your pizza dough instructions).
  • Roll dough onto a lightly floured surface and cut into even rectangles, between 8 and 14, depending on how big you want them.
  • Layer with sauce, mozzarella cheese, and pepperoni slices.
  • Roll up and tuck the seams to seal. Place on a baking sheet seam side down.
  • Bake for 10-15 minutes, as indicated on pizza dough instructions, until golden brown.
  • Meanwhile, melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the garlic, salt, and parsley. Saute for 1 minute. Brush warm pizza sticks with garlic butter sauce and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
  • Air Fryer Method: Follow the instructions above for putting the pizza sticks together. Then place in the air fryer basket. Air fry at 375°F for 6-8 minutes, until dough is golden brown. Remove from air fryer, brush with garlic butter sauce and sprinkle with cheese.
