GREEK PIZZA
This Greek-style pizza is so colorful, fresh, and delicious! Made with Greek toppings, such as feta, Kalamata olives, oregano, and more. You can make your own pizza dough at home or use your favorite store-bought dough.

Steps:
- Make my pizza dough recipe until Step 9. You only need one pizza dough ball for this recipe. (You can also use store-bought dough, see note below)
- Make sure your oven is preheated at 475 degrees F (450 degrees F is fine too, but 475 degrees F is preferred).
- After you have brushed the dough with olive oil and pricked it with a fork (Step 9 of the Pizza Dough recipe), top with the Greek pizza toppings. Start with the mozzarella cheese, followed by the remaining toppings. You can adjust the topping quantities to your liking. Tip: Make sure it is not too crowded or overfilled with toppings, as this can create moisture and make the pizza soggy.
- Make the melted garlic butter by combining the melted butter with the garlic powder, oregano, and salt. Brush the pizza dough borders with the melted garlic butter.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, until bubbly and the edges are golden brown.
- Slice and serve! If desired, top with more oregano and a few drizzles of olive oil.

EASY GREEK PIZZA
I created this recipe when trying to use leftovers from a dinner party. If you prefer to go meatless, it's great without the chicken, too. -Jennifer Beck, Meridian, Idaho

GREEK PIZZA
Homemade Greek pizza featuring feta, roasted red peppers, artichokes, olive and basil! This is a delicious weeknight meal made with pantry ingredients. Feel free to toss on some chopped red onion (1/4 cup or so) if that sounds good to you. Recipe yields two 11-inch pizzas.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 500 degrees Fahrenheit with a rack in the upper third of the oven. If you're using a baking stone or baking steel, place it in the oven on the top rack. Prepare dough through step 5.
- Spread marinara sauce evenly over the pizzas, or top with drained, crushed tomatoes (crush the tomatoes over the sink to get out as much liquid as possible). Sprinkle lightly with dried oregano.
- Divide toppings evenly over the two pizzas, beginning with shredded mozzarella, followed by roasted red pepper, artichoke, olives and lastly, the feta.
- Bake pizzas individually on the top rack until the crust is golden and the cheese is golden and bubbly, about 12 minutes (or significantly less, if you're using a baking stone/steel-keep an eye on it). Transfer pizza to a cutting board and sprinkle with torn fresh basil. I sprinkled mine with red pepper flakes, too. Slice and serve!
