HAMBURGER AND NOODLE CASSEROLE FROM THE FARMHOUSE
Comfort food on the farm looks like this hamburger and noodle casserole! This dish was easy to make, and it is a great freezer meal idea!We actually mixed up the ingredients and put it in the refrigerator overnight. The next day we added a little bit more sauce to the top and sprinkled with cheese before baking.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Brown hamburger and season with salt and pepper while browning.
- Cook noodles.
- Combine all ingredients except cheese and place in 2 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top. Bake for 35 - 45 minutes.

SKILLET BEEF & ONION HAMBURGER NOODLES
This is a recipe I made when I had a pound of hamburger and wanted some beef & noodle hamburger helper but didn't have any boxed. So made it from scratch and I believe it came out better than the boxed any way. Enjoy!

Steps:
- Brown hamburger in skillet, once browned drain excess grease.
- Add the 2 packets of the Lipton Beef & Onion soup mix and the 2 1/2 cups of water to the hamburger in skillet. Season with Mrs Dash and garlic powder, then add the egg noodles, bring to a boil, then simmer for 10 minutes for the noodles to cook and thicken the sauce. Stir frequently to prevent sticking. Season with salt & pepper to taste.

WW HAMBURG AND NOODLE DISH
My family loved this simple dish--and no one will ever guess this is "diet" food! If following the WW flex plan this is 5 points per serving. - Preheat oven to 350-degrees F.
- Spray a 2-quart baking dish with Pam.
- Cook noodles according to package directions, drain.
- Spray a skillet with Pam.
- Over medium high heat cook next 3 ingredients (mushrooms - onion) for 5 minutes, stirring.
- Add beef and cook until browned.
- Add pasta sauce, soup,1/2 cup cheddar, and the cooked noodles.
- Spoon mixture into prepared dish.
- Bake for 40 minutes or until hot; top with remaining cheddar and the remaining ingredients (pepperoni - Parmesan) and bake 5 minutes longer.

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
- Cook and stir beef and onion together in a large skillet over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes; drain and discard grease.
- Stir ground beef mixture, sour cream, corn, mushroom soup, chicken soup, and egg noodles together in a large bowl; season with salt and pepper and spread the mixture into a 13x8-inch baking dish.
- Bake in preheated oven until the egg noodles are tender, about 45 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over the top of the casserole and continue baking until the cheese is melted, 10 to 15 minutes more.

- Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large nonstick skillet over medium heat, cook beef until no longer pink. Add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Drain. Stir in the tomato sauce, sugar, salt and pepper; heat through. Drain noodles; stir into beef mixture., In a small bowl, beat the cream cheese, ricotta cheese and sour cream until blended. - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cook the noodles accordign to the package directions, omiting the salt if desired.
- Spray 9x13 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
- Spray a large nonstick skillet with nonstick spray and set over medium high heat.
- Add the red onion and bell pepper; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 5 minutes.
- Add the beef to the onion/pepper mixture and cook till browned; drain off excess oil.
- Combine the beef mixture, noodles, tomatoes, 3/4 cup of cheese, parsley and pepper in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle top with remaining cheese and the crushed crackers.
- Spray the top with nonstick spray.
