Wrong Island Iced Tea Food

GZ LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, combine the Sour Mix, vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds and then strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with rose champagne, garnish with a lime or lemon slice and serve.
• Combine the sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Remove from the heat and let cool completely. Stir in the lemon and lime juice. Store, covered, in a glass or plastic container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour the vodka, gin, rum, tequila, Triple Sec, and lemon juice into the shaker. Cover and shake vigorously to combine and chill. Pour the mixture, ice and all, into 2 glasses or beer mugs and top off with the cola. Garnish with lemon wedges. Serve.

Steps:

• Put the ice cubes in a mixing glass. Add the gin, vodka, rum, tequila, Cointreau, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Stir well, then strain into a tall glass filled with ice cubes. Add enough Coca Cola to fill the glass, and decorate with the slice of lemon.
• Note: To make sugar syrup, heat 1 cup sugar and 1 cup water in a small saucepan until the sugar dissolves.

CLASSIC LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• Pour the first 7 ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake.
• Pour into a glass filled with ice. Add Cola (if using) and grenadine. Stir.
• Garnish with lime wheel and serve.

SUMMER LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• Place sugar and water in a small saucepan over low heat.
• Cook stirring, for 2 minutes or until sugar dissolves.
• Increase heat to high and bring to the boil.
• Cook without stirring for 3 minutes or until syrup thickens.
• Remove from heat and set aside for 15 minutes to cool.
• Divide the ice evenly among serving glasses.
• Mix vodka, tequila, rum, gin, Contreau, sugar syrup, lemon juice and cola together, pour over the ice.

LONG ISLAND ICED TEA

Steps:

• Pour the vodka, gin, tequila, rum and triple sec into a large (1.5l) jug, and add lime juice to taste. Half fill the jug with ice, then stir until the outside feels cold.
• Add the cola then stir to combine. Drop in the lime wedges.
• Fill 4 tall glasses with more ice cubes and pour in the iced tea.
