WHITE CHOCOLATE, FRUIT AND NUT CLUSTERS
If you can melt white chocolate in the microwave, you can make these scrumptious cranberry-almond clusters-the easiest way we know of to thrill a crowd!

Steps:
- Microwave chocolate in medium microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min. or until chocolate is almost melted; stir until completely melted.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Spoon 1 tsp. chocolate mixture into each of 48 mini paper muffin cup liners. Refrigerate 10 min. or until firm.

Steps:
- Place baking chips in freezer to chill. In large bowl, mix cereal, peanuts, pretzels and marshmallows. Set aside.
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave candy coating uncovered in high 1 minute 30 seconds. Stir, breaking up large chunks. Microwave about 30 seconds longer or until coating can be stirred smooth.
- Gently and quickly stir cereal mixture into coating with rubber spatula, stirring gently until evenly coated. Stir in chilled baking chips. Spread on waxed paper until cooled. Break into chunks. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.

WHITE CHOCOLATE CASHEW CLUSTERS
Simple and no-cook sweet bites. These are adictive, and can be modified to suit your tastes. I make these usually just at Christmas. They were such a big hit that my family jokingly refers to them as "Christmas Crack"! Have fun with this recipe.

Steps:
- Place cereal and nuts in a large bowl.
- Melt white chocolate in double boiler or microwave low and slow.
- Pour melted chocolate over dry ingredients and toss to coat. (Optional add-ins 1/2 -1 cup chopped Kraft caramels, Broken pretzel sticks or halved dried cranberries, etc.).
- Line a cookie sheet with parchment.
- Pour mixture onto parchment and spread into a single layer.
- Put in refridgerator to harden then break into bite sized pieces.
- Enjoy!

WHITE CANDY CLUSTERS
Steps:
- Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inch. Mix cereal, pretzels and cashews in large bowl; set aside.
- Melt candy coating in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour candy coating into bowl with cereal mixture. Press cereal mixture in pan; cool slightly.
- Drizzle with melted chocolate; let stand until chocolate is firm. Break into clusters. Store in airtight container.
