Steps:
- Using a food processor, pulse the cranberries and oranges. Transfer the chopped fruit to a 1-quart bowl and add 1/2 cup of the sugar, stirring to mix. Add more sugar to taste, as the sweetness of the oranges will vary. Add the chopped pecans and serve.

Steps:
- Grate 2 teaspoons of zest from orange; discard remaining peel and pith from orange. Divide orange into sections.
- Place orange sections, orange zest, cranberries, sugar, and cinnamon in a food processor; pulse until finely chopped.
- Transfer relish to a bowl and cover; refrigerate to allow flavors to blend, at least 2 hours.

Steps:
- Wash orange. Cut unpeeled orange into 6-8 pieces, removing seeds.
- Place the cranberries in a food processor. Process until evenly chopped. Spoon into a large saucepan.
- Place the orange pieces in a food processor. Process until evenly chopped. Add to the cranberries.
- Add water and sugar - less sugar if you like a tart relish, more if you prefer it sweeter.
- Simmer over medium heat until cranberries are hot and soft, 5-10 minutes.
- Ladle into clean half-pint canning jars.
- Relish may be frozen. It also keeps well in the refrigerator for up to a month.
CRANBERRY ORANGE RELISH

Steps:
- Combine all ingredients, except the almonds in a saucepan; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes or until skins pop, stirring occasionally. It will remain slightly chunky.
- Remove from heat, cool and store in the refrigerator. I use two canning jars.
- To Serve: Top with Slivered Almonds,and serve either as a side dish with the Turkey or on lettuce leaves as a salad.

CRANBERRY ORANGE SAUCE RELISH
This is "grown up" cranberry sauce to go with turkey or poultry. It is different from the rest due to the Kosher salt and pepper. It is a bit tarter than the sweet kind but perfect to compliment any meal. The orangy nutmeg flavor and the cinnamon stick addition make this a winner. The ease of making makes you not want to go back to canned ever. From a small town site fairoaks carmichael patch.The sauce is not overly thick or overly runny. It is spot on. Steps:
- In a medium sauce pan, add cranberries, brown sugar, white sugar, water, orange juice, and spices.
- Bring the mixture to a boil on medium heat.
- Add the orange zest. Cover and simmer for another 5-10 minutes (the berries will split and the liquid will thicken.
- Remove from heat.
- You can either refrigerate the sauce or you can let sit for about 20 minutes and serve at room temperature, it's personal preference.
- The cranberry sauce is fantastic the next day and will actually hold up for about a week.
