WHOLE WHEAT BLENDER PANCAKES
I am always looking for easy things to feed my kids for breakfast. I love this blender pancake recipe because it is easy, tastes good, and my kids actually like these whole grain pancakes. If you use a high-powered blender (I use a Vitamix®) your blending time will be cut down drastically.

Steps:
- Place 1 cup milk and wheat berries in a blender; blend until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes. Add remaining milk; blend for another 2 to 3 minutes. Add vegetable oil, egg, baking powder, agave, and salt; blend until incorporated, about 1 minute.
- Spray a skillet or griddle with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat. Drop batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto the griddle; dot with chocolate chips. Cook until bubbles form and the edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

BLENDER WHOLE WHEAT PANCAKES
This is a terrific way to use your food storage! It's easy, healthy, and delicious. It's also a good recipe to use for getting your family used to whole grains so they won't get sick if you ever have to use your food storage for a long length of time!

Steps:
- Put the 1 cup milk and 1 cup wheat kernels (yes, uncooked and unsoaked whole wheat kernels) in the blender and mix on high speed for 4 minutes.
- Add the remaining ingredients and mix on medium speed until well incorporated.
- Pour 1/4 cup batter onto heated griddle for each pancake, turn when bubbles cover top of pancake, cook to desired doneness.
- Top with butter and syrup, fruit and cream, or peanut butter and jelly.
- You may use reconstituted powdered milk and powdered egg from your food storage in place of the milk and eggs.
WHOLE WHEAT BLENDER PANCAKES
Steps:
- Combine the wheat berries/kernels and the buttermilk in a blender and blend on high for 3 minutes, until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Add the 1/2 cup milk and continue to blend for 2 minutes. Add the remaining ingredients and blend until the batter is smooth.
- Cook the batter on a hot griddle for pancakes or in a waffle iron for, well, waffles!

- Place flour, milk, eggs, butter, and 1 tablespoon plus 2 teaspoons baking powder in a blender; blend until smooth, 2 to 3 minutes.
- Heat a lightly oiled griddle over medium-high heat. Drop batter by large spoonfuls onto the griddle and dot with blueberries. Cook until bubbles form and burst, and the pancake edges are dry, 3 to 4 minutes. Flip and cook until browned on the other side, 2 to 3 minutes. Repeat with remaining batter.

WHOLE WHEAT OAT PANCAKES
This recipe uses all natural healthy ingredients, should be good for any diet. Our family loves these, we have tried them with strawberry and blueberry syrup so far. TIPS: Make your own Oat flour to save cost. Pour Quaker rolled oats into a blender and blend until all is a powder. Buy whole wheat flour that has NOT been bleached. Use only PURE honey. Use Almond, Rice or Soy milk (try not to use cow milk) Make your own lemon juice by squeezing a fresh room temperature lemon. Extra virgin cold pressed olive oil has the best taste and has no extra junk in it. Use real vanilla extract, imitation has too many chemicals and not as good a flavor. If you want to loose weight and feel better this is a very good breakfast, has plenty of fiber to help cleanse the colon which is always the best place to start cleaning for a successful diet and a healthy lifestyle.

- Pancakes:.
- Combine oat flour, whole wheat flour and baking powder in large bowl, mix and set aside.
- In blender combine milk, honey, lemon juice, olive oil, egg and vanilla until completely blended (make sure the honey has not fallen to the bottom) pour into bowl containing the flour mixture and mix well.
- On heated griddle or pan, pour enough pancake mix to create your desired size of pancake.
- Cook one first side 20 to 30 seconds then flip over and cook about 10 seconds longer, remove from pan and repeat until mix is used up.
- Syrup:.
- Combine berries in small sauce pan (if frozen thaw in microwave) with honey and heat on medium heat until starting to bubble.
- Pour into blender and blend until completely mixed.
- Put pancakes on plate and serve with Berry syrup.
- Enjoy.
