- Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, combine eggs, cream, sugar and vanilla. Stir in blueberries and baking chips. Stir in bread cubes; let stand until bread is softened, about 15 minutes., Transfer to a greased 13x9-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean, 50-60 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving., For sauce, place baking chips in a small bowl. In a small saucepan, bring cream just to a boil. Pour over baking chips; whisk until smooth. Serve with bread pudding.

- Heat oven to 450°F. Butter bottom and sides of 13x9-inch (3-quart) glass baking dish. In large bowl, stir 4 1/2 cups Bisquick mix and 1 1/3 cups milk with spoon until soft dough forms. Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto ungreased large cookie sheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Cool on cooling rack, about 30 minutes.
- Break up biscuits into random-sized pieces; spread in baking dish. Sprinkle with grated baking bars. In large bowl, beat 2/3 cup sugar, the milk, whipping cream, butter, vanilla and eggs with electric mixer on low speed until blended. Pour over biscuits in baking dish. Cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours but no longer than 24 hours.
- Heat oven to 350°F. Stir 1 cup frozen raspberries and 1 cup frozen blueberries into biscuit mixture. Bake uncovered about 1 hour or until top is golden brown and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- In 1-quart saucepan, place 1/3 cup sugar and 2 tablespoons Bisquick mix. Stir in 1 cup frozen raspberries, 1 cup frozen blueberries and the water. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens and boils. Boil and stir 1 minute; remove from heat. Serve pudding warm topped with sauce. Garnish with fresh berries. Store in refrigerator.

- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with butter.
- Add the eggs, heavy whipping cream, milk, sugar, vanilla, and salt to a large bowl. Mix until combined, then fold in the blueberries and 10 oz of chopped chocolate. Stir in the bread cubes and set aside for 5 minutes.
- Pour the mixture into your prepared baking dish and bake for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the pudding comes out mostly clean. The pudding will puff up in the oven, it's okay! Allow to cool down for 10 minutes before serving.
- Meanwhile, melt the white chocolate. Add 1 oz of chopped white chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30-seconds increments until fully melted and smooth. Stir in between each increment. Drizzle over the top of your bread pudding and serve.

WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING

- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Cut the brioche loaf into 1 inch dice. Place in a 2 quart baking dish. Drizzle with melted butter. Toss chunked white chocolate with bread cubes.
- Combine milk, cream, sugar, and vanilla bean and bring to a boil over medium heat until sugar is disolved. Whisk eggs until smooth. Add hot milk mixture to eggs slowly, stirring contsantly. Do not wisk or custard will have a great deal of foam on the surface. Skim foam from custard. Strain custard over bread and chocolate. Let stand for 10 minutes to allow custard to soak into bread.
- Place baking dish in another larger pan. Pour hot water into larger dish to reach 1 inch up side of dish. Bake the bread pudding for about 45 minutes to 1 hour, until custard is set and brioche is golden.

- Vigorously whisk eggs, egg yolks, salt, white sugar, and brown sugar together in a large bowl until mixture turns light and frothy, about 1 minute. Add vanilla, cinnamon, lemon zest, milk, and cream; whisk to combine. Toss in bread slices and press down until they start to soften and are submerged. Let sit, pressing down occasionally with a spatula, until custard has been absorbed, about 20 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Brush 2 tablespoons melted butter in the bottom and sides of a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Grab a few intact bread slices from the top of the bowl if possible and set aside. Transfer 1/2 of the remaining soaked bread into the prepared baking dish. - FOR THE PUDDING: Combine the whipping cream, milk and sugar in a large heavy saucepot and mix well.
- Bring to a boil then remove from the heat.
- Add the white chocolate pieces and let stand for several minutes or until the chocolate melts; stir until smooth.
- Whisk the eggs and egg yolks in a large mixing bowl.
- Whisk in the warm chocolate mixture in a slow steady stream; scrape the saucepot with a rubber spatula to remove all the chocolate.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut the French bread into thin slices and place in a 9" x 12" metal baking pan.
- Pour half the chocolate mixture over the bread and let stand for about 5 minutes.
- Press the bread into the chocolate mixture with a rubber spatula or fingers to saturate well.
- Pour the remaining chocolate mixture over the bread and stir to mix well.
- Cover the pan with foil and bake for 1 hour.
- Remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes longer or until golden brown.
- Cool to room temperature and chill, covered, in the refrigerator for 6 to 8 hours or until set.
- FOR THE GANACHE: Bring the whipping cream to a boil in a small saucepan.
- Remove from the heat and add the white chocolate pieces.
- Let stand until the chocolate melts and stir until smooth.
- Loosen the pudding from the sides of the pan with a knife and invert onto a work surface.
- Cut into squares, then cut the squares diagonally into triangles.
- Place the triangles on a baking sheet and reheat at 275 degrees for 15 minutes or until warm.
- To serve, place the pudding triangles on serving plates and top with the ganache.
- Garnish with dark chocolate shavings.

A recipe I received in my Simple and Delicious Magazine today. It looks so good, can't wait to try it. This was the winner for the berry bonanza contest. Time doesn't include the standing time. Update 7/2013 - Due to previous reviewers and myself, I am cutting the sugar by 1/2 of the original posted recipe. So if you really like things super sweet, use the full 2 cups sugar. I also cut the white chocolate chips in half for both the pudding and sauce.
