White Chocolate Fruit and Nut Clusters are an easy dessert perfect for parties or as gifts. Dried fruits, nuts, and chocolate candy ready in 30 minutes.

Ingredients

12 ounces white chocolate melting discs
1/2 cup almonds
1/2 cup dried apricots (, coarsely chopped)
1/2 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup dried blueberries
1/2 cup golden raisins
1/2 cup raisins
2 ounces semi sweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Line a baking sheet with waxed paper.
Add the white chocolate discs to a large glass bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring in between each 30 seconds.
Add the almonds and fruits into the chocolate and stir.
Place spoonfuls of the chocolate mixture onto the baking sheet in mounds.
Refrigerate until set, 15 to 20 minutes.
Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips in a small glass bowl in the microwave in 30 second increments until smooth, stirring in between each 30 seconds.
Drizzle the chocolate over the clusters and refrigerate again to set.

4 cups Rice Chex™ cereal
2 cups pretzel sticks, coarsely broken
1 cup cashews, coarsely chopped
1/2 package (16-oz size) vanilla-flavored candy coating (almond bark)
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Steps:

Spray with cooking spray or grease 13x9-inch pan. In large bowl, mix cereal, pretzels and cashews.
In 2-quart saucepan, melt candy coating over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour over cereal mixture, stirring until evenly coated. Press in pan; cool slightly.
In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate chips uncovered on High about 1 minute or until chocolate can be stirred smooth (bowl will be hot). Drizzle chocolate over snack. Let stand about 30 minutes or until chocolate is set. Break into clusters. Store in airtight container.

1 package (8 oz.) vanilla-flavored candy coating
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted

Steps:

Grease rectangular pan, 13x9x2-inch. Mix cereal, pretzels and cashews in large bowl; set aside.
Melt candy coating in 2-quart saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly. Pour candy coating into bowl with cereal mixture. Press cereal mixture in pan; cool slightly.
Drizzle with melted chocolate; let stand until chocolate is firm. Break into clusters. Store in airtight container.
