DEEP-DISH PIZZA CASSEROLE
Very simple and quick dinner when dressed up with a tossed salad. This recipe was modified from one out of a Weight Watcher's cookbook. Feel free to vary what you add to the pizza.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Cook meat and onion in a large non-stick skillet until browned.
- Drain.
- Return to skillet and add tomato sauce and mushrooms until heated through.
- While the meat mixture is cooking, coat a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray.
- Unroll pizza crust dough and press into the bottom and halfway up the sides of the baking dish.
- Top bottom of pizza crust with meat mixture.
- Bake, uncovered at 425°F for 12 minutes.
- Top with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.

Steps:
- Preheat oven to 425°.
- Cook meat in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until browned, stirring until it crumbles. Drain, if necessary, and return to skillet. Add tomatoes, and cook until heated through.
- While meat cooks, coat a 13 x 9 inch baking dish with cooking spray. Unroll pizza crust dough, and press into bottom and halfway up sides of the baking dish. Top the pizza crust with meat mixture.
- Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 12 minutes. Top with cheese, and bake 5 minutes or until crust is browned and cheese melts. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Yield: 6 servings. Each serving is 6 Weight Watcher's points.
- Serve with a salad mixed field greens and a fat-free or low-fat vinaigrette.

EASY PIZZA CASSEROLE
This is a great vegetarian Weight Watchers recipe. You can replace the boca crumbles with ground turkey but the point value with increase to 6 points per serving! Found on WW message boards! I usually cook and then crumble up about four boca patties.

Steps:
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees. In skillet, stir together Boca crumbles, onion, tomato sauce, basil, garlic, and Italian seasoning.
- Add any of the optional veggies that you want, just make sure they are zero points. Add quartered biscuit dough; stir gently until biscuits are covered with sauce.
- Spray a 9x13" casserole dish with cooking spray. Bake for 25 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are done. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
