1 head cauliflower, broken into pieces
1 (14-ounce) can Italian style tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon butter
1/4 cup milk
2 tablespoons flour
Salt, to taste
Pepper, to taste
Oregano, to taste
3 tablespoons seasoned bread crumbs
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Steam the cauliflower for about 10 minutes. Simmer the milk, butter, flour and tomatoes for about 5 minutes, then add the seasonings. In a baking dish, combine the cauliflower with the sauce. 2 serving(s) sun maid raisins

Steps:

  • Add the broccoli slaw and raisins to a large mixing bowl.
  • Combine remaining ingredients in a measuring cup.
  • Whisk together until the dressing is smooth and emulsified.
  • Pour the dressing over the broccoli slaw. Stir well to combine.
  • Let broccoli slaw rest for at least 30 minutes or up to 4 hours, stirring occasionally to redistribute the dressing that will settle on the bottom of the bowl.
