Move over, Buffalo. These Garlic Parmesan Wings, with crisp buttery crackers, Parm and savory spices, is a Midwest winner. Try them this weekend.

18 round buttery crackers, finely crushed (about 3/4 cup)
1/3 cup KRAFT Shredded Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. coarse ground black pepper
2 lb. chicken wings, split at joints, tips removed
1/3 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Mix cracker crumbs, Parmesan and seasonings in shallow dish.
  • Coat chicken with mustard, then roll in crumb mixture until evenly coated. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until golden brown, turning after 20 min.

I made this sauce off the top of my head totally winging it ( its funny because its for wings ) where I work. It actually turned out to be a ngreat sauce with awesome flavor and coats the wings perfectly. Everyone loved it so I had to share it and even made pizza with it using it instead of pizza sauce and it was great. It's great on other things too, so experiment and let me know what you come up with.

1 teaspoon olive oil, or as needed
3 tablespoons minced garlic
1 tablespoon lime juice
½ cup heavy whipping cream
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 pinch cayenne pepper
½ cup shaved Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Pour enough olive oil into a skillet to cover the bottom; turn heat to high. Saute garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute. Add lime juice and cook for 45 seconds. Stir cream into garlic mixture; cook until mixture is slightly reduced, about 1 minute.n
  • Mix Greek seasoning, black pepper, and cayenne pepper into cream mixture. Add Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and sauce is smooth, 1 to 2 minutes.n

2 lbs chicken wings, cut at joints, tips discarded
2 garlic cloves, crushed in garlic press
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce

Steps:

  • Preheat grill or broiler. Cut tips off wings and discard. Cut wings in half at joint.
  • Grill or broil wings, turning occasionally, 15 minutes.
  • In small bowl, combine garlic and oil.
  • Grill wings, brushing with garlic oil, an additional 10 minutes or until cooked through. Note: Do not brush during the last 5 minutes of grilling.
  • Meanwhile, in small bowl, combine mayonnaise, cheese, mustard and Worcestershire sauce until blended. Refrigerate until ready to use.
  • Serve garlic wings with Parmesan dipping sauce.

1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
3/4 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
3 tablespoons parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon dried parsley, crumbled
1/2 teaspoon dried chives
1/4 teaspoon dried oregano, crumbled
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Steps:

  • Roasted garlic puree:.
  • Heat oven to 350°F
  • Toss 1 head whole peeled garlic in 1 tablespoon olive oil and spread out in a shallow baking pan.
  • Place pan in oven and roast until the garlic is soft, 10 minutes.
  • Remove pan and place roasted garlic in blender.
  • Pulse garlic until it becomes rich and creamy.
  • Add to sauce ingredients.
  • Sauce:.
  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix with whisk until smooth and creamy in texture.
  • Place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes prior to serving.
  • Use within 5 days to ensure freshness.
