Ingredients

2 lbs sirloin beef, cut up (raw)
2 cups potatoes, cut in lg. pieces
2 cups carrots, cut in lg. pieces
2 cups celery, cut in lg. pieces
1 (16 ounce) bag white pearl onions, frozen
1 slice white bread, cut up
1 (16 ounce) can whole tomatoes (and juice)
2 tablespoons dry onion, minced
3 tablespoons quick-cooking tapioca
1 tablespoon sugar
1 (10 1/4 ounce) can tomato soup
salt
pepper

Steps:

Place all in a large crock pot.
Cover and cook at low setting for 5 hours.
Do not stir.
Add whatever additional vegetables you like.

1 medium onion, chopped
1 c celery, sliced
2 c carrots, sliced
4 medium potatoes, cubed
3 Tbsp minute tapioca
1 Tbsp sugar
1 Tbsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 can(s) tomato soup (10 3/4-oz)
1/3 c water

Steps:

1. Layer meat, onion, celery, carrots, and potatoes in slow cooker.
2. Sprinkle with seasonings and tapioca. Add soup and water.
3. Cover. Cook on Low 7-9 hours.
