- Wash, hull and freeze strawberries. I always freeze the fruits my kids don't eat throughout the week and use for these type of recipes.
- Squeeze 1 cup worth of lemon juice from about 4 lemons.
- Place frozen berries into blender with the rest of the ingredients. Blend until smooth.
- Serve in 2 glasses and garnish with a slice of lime and a strawberry.
- Optional to add an extra ounce of vodka to float on top of each drink before serving. Try it with a dollop of whipped cream!

- In a 6 quart pot combine sugar and 7 cups water. Bring to boil and stir until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in tea powder while hot. Add orange juice concentrate, lemonade concentrate and 2 cups cold water. Chill in refrigerator.
- When cold mix in vodka. Pour into a plastic container leaving room on top for expansion. Freeze or 24 hours.
- To serve, scoop about 1 cup into a tall glass and quickly stir in 1/3 cup lemon-lime soda.

- Place the water and sugar/sweetener into a saucepan over a high heat. Bring to a boil and add in the strawberries.
- Reduce the heat so the water is simmering and leave to cook for 15 minutes, until the strawberries are completely soft. Use a hand-held blender to totally break down the fruit.
- Remove the pan from the heat, pour into a large freezer-safe container and leave to cool to room temperature. When cooled, stir in the vodka, lemon juice and Sprite/7UP/sparkling water. Place in the freezer for at least 24 hours to set.
- To serve, use an ice cream scoop to fill a glass with the frozen slush. Top with extra Sprite/7UP/sparkling water until it reaches the rim, mix everything together so the drink is slushy and enjoy!

- In a medium saucepan over medium-high heat, stir together the water and sugar. Bring the mixture to a boil, and allow it to cook for about 5 minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Blend the banana in a blender until liquified. In a 4 litre sized freezer-safe container, mix together the water/sugar, banana, juice of both lemons, frozen orange juice, pineapple juice and the vodka. Use a large wooden spoon and stir until the frozen orange juice is fully incorporated. Place the lid on the container and put the slush in the freezer. Freeze the slush for at least 8 hours, or overnight. I like to give the slush a bit of a stir every few hours.
- Use an ice cream scoop to fill a tall glass 3/4 full of frozen slush. Top off the glass with club soda, 7-up or gingerale. Add a maraschino cherry, and a little splash of the juice. Serve immediately!
